Analisis Pelaksanaan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan FKIP Universitas Riau Bidang Fisika di MA Hasanah

Purpose: Based on the background and the number of formulations above, the goal to be achieved is to find out the process of implementing the School Field Introduction (PLP) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University of Riau at MA Hasanah School Pekanbaru. For a factual educational experience in applying knowledge, attitudes and skills that can support the achievement of four competencies, namely pedagogic competence, competence competence, social competence and professional competence in the formation of professional and characterized student teacher candidates. Methodology: This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, research design, data collection, reduction and drawing conclusions. Results: The study revealed that the implementation of the School Field Introduction (PLP) at MA Hasanah Pekanbaru was quite good. It can be seen from the experiences gained by students by prospective teacher students including experience in teaching, compiling syllabus and lesson plans, as well as knowing more about the MA Hasanah Pekanbaru school. Limitations: Data collection techniques on the research background only by interview. Contribution: The existence of this research can be useful as input and improvement material for the implementation of PLP next year so that it can be even better than before.

The Effect of Principal Supervision on Teacher Performance: Literature Review

Teachers play an important role in learning. As a professional teacher, supervision is needed to improve the implementation of the teaching process. The purpose of this literature review is to examine and analyze the impact of academic supervision on improving teacher performance. The method in this study was carried out by reviewing related articles about academic supervision and teacher performance. The research sample was focused on the Google Scholar search engine with academic guidance and teacher performance as the main research constraints and then identified. The results of the article review show that most of the role of academic supervision is very influential in improving teacher performance. Therefore, effective academic supervision requires the will of the principal to plan, implement and evaluate supervision. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to examine and analyze the impact of academic supervision on improving teacher performance. Methodology: The review process begins with a search engine, Google Scholar, to find articles with keywords. "The Effect of Academic Supervision in Improving Teacher Performance". Results: The results of the analysis show that most of the articles focus on the impact of supervision on improving teacher performance. Limitations: The limitation of this study is that it only discusses the supervision of the principal on teacher performance. Contribution: This research is useful for the scope of educational organizations, especially as an evaluation material for teachers and school principals

Manajemen Humas dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi

Public Relations Management is an important part that can be used in improving the quality of quality in tertiary institutions. Purpose: This article was created with the aim of knowing and analyzing how Public Relations Management improves the quality of Higher Education. Methodology: The method used in compiling this article is literature study, namely research that uses the results of reviews from other journals. Results: From these results it is known that Public Relations Management must carry out: (1) Public Relations Management must maximize 4 strategic roles, namely as expert advisers, problem solvers, communication facilitators, communication technical implementers. (2) Implementation and communication of Public Relations Management must be actual, factual, and proficient in using communication tools/media that help Public Relations Management work better. (3) the evaluation of Public Relations Management aims to analyze the deficiencies and what needs to be improved by the Public Relations Management.

Analisis Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Kesiapan Kebencanaan pada Guru SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda, Lampung Selatan

Disaster preparedness actually focuses on preparedness and prevention, so it's not just when a disaster has occurred. In this phase, knowledge and skills are needed related to understanding that focuses on knowledge to survive as a survivor and to know the abilities possessed by each individual to deal with the disaster that will occur. Purpose: This study aims to provide a descriptive description of the knowledge and skills of teachers at SMAN 1 Kalianda, South Lampung. Methodology: The research method in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was using an open questionnaire. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis with percentages, the presentation of the data analyzed using descriptive quantitative research methods. Results: Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers to 66 teachers as respondents in SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda, it can be said that teachers have a level of knowledge and skills of disaster preparedness in the medium and high categories.

Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Melaksanakan Fungsi Manajerial untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Sekolah di SMP Islam YPI 3 Way Jepa

Purpose: This study is to determine the role of school principals in carrying out managerial functions to improve school quality. Method: This research is descriptive qualitative research. The implementation managerial functions is based on the stages in the management process, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Result: Having a good school quality, namely by creating a school program that is carried out in collaboration with all school members, has implemented a school program plan starting from planning the learning process, implementing, providing assessments and supervising learning.
