Peningkatan Higiene Sanitasi pada Proses Pengolahan Sajian Kuliner pada Kelompok Tani Mandiri

Purpose: The hygiene and sanitation training activities that have been carried out aime to educate Mandiri’s Farmers .Group so they know about hygiene and sanitation concepts and hygiene and sanitation applications, especially for culinary  service processing, and minimize foodborne diseases. Methodology: The service is carried out by providing assistance to members of Mandiri’s Farmer Group. The method of community service activities is carried out by delivering material using the lecture method related to hygiene and sanitation in the processing of culinary products, as well as direct questions and answers or discussions regarding hygiene and sanitation in the processing of culinary products. Results: The training provided to improve knowledge, especially for Mandiri’s Farmer Group in Palembang City. The material presented was related to the introduction of hygiene and sanitation when processing culinary offerings, the importance of maintaining hygiene and sanitation in culinary offerings, and  several types of diseases that can be contracted as a result of not maintaining hygiene and sanitation during the processing process.

Pelatihan Penggunaan Pendekatan Etnometodologi Islam dalam Riset Akuntansi

Purpose: This training aims to provide understanding to Sharia accounting students regarding the use of the Islamic ethnomethodology approach in accounting research Methodology/Approach: This training was carried out offline. There were 16 training participants. The participants were students majoring in Sharia accounting who are currently studying research. The participants were chosen because they were currently preparing a thesis proposal and the final assignment of the research The training was divided into three stages. The first is the presentation of material on Islamic ethnomethodology in the form of definitions, differences between Islamic ethnomethodology and modern ethnomethodology, and several examples of accounting studies using Islamic ethnomethodology. The second stage provides training on the use of Islamic ethno-methodology in accounting research. In this training, the participants were divided into groups, each consisting of two people. The third stage involved evaluating the participant worksheets. Results: The results of the training show that the training participants were able to apply Islamic ethnomethodological data analysis, including analysis of charity data, knowledge, faith, revealed information, and courtesy in accounting research. This was reflected in the results of the participants' worksheets, who were able to determine the points from the analysis of Islamic ethnomethodological data. Limitations: The limitation of this training is that the participants were only students majoring in Sharia accounting. Contribution: The contribution of the results of this training is to provide an understanding of how to use the Islamic ethno-methodology approach in accounting research.

Pengembangan Ide Bisnis BUMDES dan UMKM di Desa Purworejo, Pesawaran, Lampung

Purpose: To provide knowledge and advocate the Purworejo community for the importance of digital marketing and the availability of adequate facilities to implement it, helping to market their products online and develop their businesses to achieve maximum profit. Additionally, it aims to enable them to withstand market competition. Methodology: The focus group discussion (FGD) approach was used to conduct FGDs with business stakeholders in Purworejo village to discuss, exchange ideas, and formulate better business development steps. Training and Mentoring are also implemented for business stakeholders in BUMDES and SMEs to enhance managerial and marketing skills. Results: The research results indicate the success of educational activities in enhancing participants' knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and content. Although there is still room for improvement, this education has shown a positive impact on equipping participants with relevant skills and insights in the era of digital marketing and Industry 4.0 revolution. Limitations: The limitation of this service lies in the participants' infrastructure, in which each participant is not proficient in using digital tools. Furthermore, this service's limitation is only focused on the conventional-to-digital transition process and content creation, without delving deeper into monitoring the development of targeted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The hope for the future is to continuously enhance and optimize this educational program to support the development of participants in facing the challenges of an increasingly digital and competitive business world. Contribution: This service is beneficial to the community, as it assists Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in harnessing digital media in the region, unlocking its potential to enhance family income and boost the local economy.

Assistance of Halal Certification and Sharia Financial Literacy Training for MSME in Bandar Lampung City

Purpose: The need for halal certifications is increasing. People are beginning to care about the halalness of a product, especially in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. In addition, the low level of Islamic financial literacy in the community, especially in MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City, is a strong reason for the service team. Public education about Islamic finance is necessary from an early age, so that people can better understand the concept of Islamic finance and product development and benefits in the last decade. Method: This service uses the concept of mentoring in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for education and socialization regarding Islamic financial literacy and introduces the morning halal certification process for business actors in the processed food sector. Result: The Community Service Team took the initiative to provide halal certification assistance to MSME partners to increase products. Limitations: This assistance involves only limited MSMEs, and future assistance can involve more MSMEs to obtain a greater impact. Contribution: MSMEs can have more added value and increase their competitive value in the midst of intense business competition.

Sosialisasi Produk-Produk Bank Syariah Sebagai Solusi Riba

Purpose: Indonesia is an agricultural country, so the profession as a farmer is a profession that many people choose. So the service wants to increase the knowledge of Gapoktan Farmers in Gantiwarno village regarding sharia banking products to avoid usury transactions. Methodology: This service was carried out in Gantiwarno Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency at the Gapoktan Farmer Group. The method of service carried out is by conducting socialization and conducting discussions and questions and answers with socialization participants. Results: Achieved an increase in knowledge of Gapoktan Farmers in Gantiwarno Village, East Lampung who took part in socialization events regarding sharia banking and BSI products. Then there is a need to increase the effectiveness of more specific Islamic economic education in every line of society. And there is a need to socialize sharia banking through resource development strategies. Limitation and contribution: Some obstacles in the field are: (1) Several Gapoktan Farmers felt that the BSI technology features were still not well understood and used by them. Because most Gapoktan members do not have smartphones, (2) There is still a lack of basic religious knowledge in the Gantiwarno Village community. So the Service Team provided several suggestions such as: (1) It would be better for Gapoktan Farmers to have personal smartphones, (2) Understanding related to religious knowledge in general also needs to be increased, such as the existence of scientific Islamic studies in the mosques in Gantiwarno village.
