Manajemen Pendidikan Kearifan Lokal Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Kalimantan Selatan Indonesia sebagai Sumber Kekayaan Pendidikan

Indonesia has a wealth of local wisdom full of values of justice, honesty and wisdom as well as education in building quality, competitive and characterized human resources as a source of educational wealth for now and the future. The local wisdom figures in their thoughts and actions are very rich to be used as role models and follow in their footsteps for everyone who wants a progress in education. Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out the Factual Conditions of Local Wisdom Education Management Figure Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari. Methodology: The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach through a realist ethnographic design. Results: The results of this study are that Education Management with the wisdom of local figure Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari is intellectual property in managing education which can be used as a reference in managing education and learning as well as inspiration in thinking for managers of formal and non-formal educational institutions as well as informal approaches who are local leaders in education management as role models in creating quality and character human resources.

Peran Guru dalam Menerapkan Model Kooperatif Learning Tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together) di Sekolah Dasar

Learning activities can be said to be successful when learners are active and have a passion in the learning process, so the learning result can increase. One way to overcome that is by applying the learning model. There are many learning models that can be applied in the learning process. one of those learning models is the NHT. The counter-head together (NHT) model is a cooperative model that divides learners into small groups ranging from four to four to one hegeneous, given in head or in the hands of a number, and it trains learners to work with each other to think of the answers that teachers ask each other. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to identify the role of the NHT (free-heads together) learning model to improve learners' learning subjects and to encourage educators or potential educators to adopt the cooperative course of counter-heads together (NHT). Methodology: The study is a qualitative study of library study. Results: Based on data analysis from previous studies and various references, it can be concluded that the NHT cooperative learning model can increase the learning result of the lesson.

Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah di SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu

Purpose: This study aims to determine visualizing, showing foresight, and continuous learning of principals at SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. Methodology: The design of this study uses the Human instrument model, descriptive qualitative, case study, with data collection in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Results: The Principal of IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu High School in compiling the school's vision, mission, and annual program plan is in accordance with visualizing characteristics, the Principal of IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu High School in developing human resources, planning work culture, and planning the development of student achievement has in accordance with the characteristics of showing foresight, the Principal in terms of planning HR career development, planning cooperative relations, and planning HR certification programs are in accordance with the characteristics of continuous learning. Limitations: The limitations of this study are that it takes a long time, is difficult to investigate causality, and is not statistically representative. Contribution: This research can contribute to the leadership of educational institutions, both school principals, school management, educational foundations, and can also be applied by teachers in educational institutions.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kepulauan Riau

Purpose: The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Kepulauan Riau Education Office, the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Kepulauan Riau Education Office, the influence of communication on employee performance in the Kepulauan Riau Education Office. Methodology: This type of research is quantitative research, namely research methods based on positivism philosophy, used to examine certain populations or samples. Results: The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kepulauan Riau Education Office. This can be seen from the significant transformational leadership (X1) 0,000 <0.05. And the value of thitung is greater than ttabel (3,925 > 1.99394), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kepulauan Riau Education Office. This can be seen from the significant work discipline (X2) 0.021 <0.05. And the value of thitung is greater than ttabel (2,353> 1,99394), then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Communication (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kepulauan Riau Education Office. This can be seen from significant communication (X1) 0.025 <0.05. And the value of thitung is greater than ttabel (2,289> 1,99394), then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Transformational leadership, work discipline, communication jointly significantly affects employee performance variables because the Fhitung value is 1563,214 which is greater than Ftabel of 2.73. And a significant level of 0,000> 0.05.

Management of Facilities and Infrastructure in Improving the Learning Process

The background of this research is that every school has facilities and infrastructure, whether adequate or inadequate. Facilities and infrastructure need to be utilized and managed for the benefit of the learning process.  This management is intended so that the use of facilities and infrastructure can running effectively and efficiently. Purpose: The aims of this study were to find out facilities and infrastructure management based on literature review from previous research from several countries around the world. Methodology: The method used in this research is human instrument, descriptive qualitative, case study, with retrieval data in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Results: The result of this review that already fulfilled by means of: requirements planning, procurement, use, maintenance, inventory, write-off and liability. For teacher can use a means and infrastructure for teaching, for school to have a facilities and infrastructure and can help a students and teachers for study, to other authors that further research using facilities and infrastructure of study applied to other materials. Facility management and infrastructure at SMP N 2 Sragi already according to management techniques, which include planning, procurement, Distribution, use and maintenance. Limitations: One of the factors that became obstacles and obstacles in this study was the time and place of research. Contribution: This research can contribute in Educational Institutions, school management, educational foundations, and also implemented by teachers in educational institutions.
