PkM, Inovasi Jajan Tradisional Begina di Desa Pesaban Kecamatan Rendang, Karangasem

Purpose: The training aims to empower women in the village of Pesaban, through empowerment, participating in training in making snacks like this was expected to be a solution in creating the economy. Creatively through the skills of the participants to make Snack Bagina with various improvements through the texture of taste and coloring so that it has aesthetic value and higher selling value. Method: This community service activity is varied out from May to June 2022. The activity is carried out by explaining training materials on food processing, practicing innovative snack processing and facilitating discussions between. Result: Community Service Activities/PKM Begina Traditional Snack innovation in Pesaban Village Rendang District, Karangasem can be said to be successful both. Pembuatan Perkebunan dengan Air Pegunungan untuk Meningkatkan Penghasilan di Desa Batu Keramat Kecamatan Kota Agung Timur

Purpose: water utilization is used to increase or create new types of business in the plantation sector. There are 2 groups of farmers and livestock that serve as partners, namely Eko Makmur Sejahtera and Yamin Batu Keramat. Both partners already have farming businesses such as rice, vegetables, and fruits. The two partners' farms are already available with sufficient yields. Method: The Participatory Rural Approisal method which involves the farmer community in the overall activity. The implementation of this method is through provide counseling, training, and giving demonstrations as well as evaluation to see the effectiveness of the program, so that the program will be socialized properly and efficiently. Result: The Unila Service Team offered a solution to increase farmers community monthly income, so plantations were made. The Unila Service Team provides insight and knowledge on how to optimize the manufacture of plant stands, water reservoirs, and design of waterways to the households; Provide training on business management, marketing systems and management, as well as financial management, especially those related to plantation business; provide knowledge and insight to target audiences, especially farmer community, by providing training and practice on determining groundwater depth for well construction. Limitation: Initial and final evaluation of the service area; Counseling to the community; Implementation of the design of water use from the highlands to the partner site; and make plantations with the aim of increasing business.

Mengembangkan Pola Pikir Positif untuk Memulai Wirausaha bagi Klien Binaan BNN Provinsi Jawa Barat

Purpose: Universities, one of the elements of society, can assist BNN in dealing with and eradicating narcotics crimes. One of the Tridharma of higher education, namely community service, can participate in activities to help BNN. One of the things our team is doing is assisting BNN in nurturing fostered clients who have been rehabilitated by BNN to become entrepreneurs so as not to fall back into a dark world. Method: This method is carried out online for BNN-assisted clients by starting to develop a positive mindset that although former drug addicts they can be successful with one of them is to create jobs for themselves and the surrounding community. Result: The result will be continuous training for these BNN mentors and in the future it is hoped that there will be mentoring for those who open entrepreneurs. Limitation: The limitations of this activity are in terms of time and cost so that it can only be carried out for the West Java Province BNN in the meantime.  

Pendampingan Penentuan Harga Jual Buku di Penerbit Peneleh

Purpose: to overcome problems related to determining the selling price of books appropriately by considering material and non-material aspects. Method: This assistance was carried out at Peneleh Publishers using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Data were collected through observation, Focus Group Discussion, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the success of the mentoring program can be seen through three indicators, namely knowledge, action, and evaluation. Results: The implementation of the program is carried out in three stages, namely socialization, mentoring, and review. The socialization stage of this program was carried out in 5 meetings. From the socialization stage, information was obtained regarding the problems faced by participants related to setting the selling price of books and giving discounts. The next stage is mentoring. The activities carried out at this stage are identifying material and non-material aspects in determining the selling price of books, identifying differences in the components of determining the selling price of printed books and digital books, calculating the cost of goods sold with the agreed method, determining the pattern calculation of selling prices and book discounts, as well as applying formulas with the designed system. The stage of reviewing the abilities and skills of participants is carried out to evaluate the entire program that has been carried out. Based on the review of the abilities and skills of the participants in determining the selling price of books, it can be said that the abilities and skills of the participants are good. Conclusion: The mentoring program have been achieved well. Participants of the mentoring program can understand the concept and urgency of setting selling prices on their products, be able to identify the components of costs, both material and non-material, understand the right discount calculation pattern, and be able to apply the technique of determining the right selling price for book products. published.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Penggunaan Aplikasi Digital dalam Perencanaan Bisnis dan Keuangan BUMDes

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) managers in preparing financial plans, in the form of assessing feasibility studies, analysing income and expenses, and preparing financial transactions using digital technology. Research methodology: The method used in this community service activity is counselling, training and mentoring. The target of the activity is Village administrators and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Results: The results of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about making financial report, increase knowledge about business plan, increase knowledge about feasibility studies, and increase knowledge about business digital technology. Conclusions: After the activity is carried out, the community gains knowledge, insight and understands the benefits of managers in preparing financial plans, managers in preparing financial plans, managers in preparing business plan, in the form of assessing feasibility studies, and using business digital technology. Limitations: The ability of village officials in the use of technology. Contribution: This service is useful for village officials and BUMDes administrators in choosing businesses that are in accordance with the potential of their village.

Sosialisasi Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan Klub pada Klub Bulutangkis di PB Tanjung Mas

Purpose: To provide knowledge about the importance of financial bookkeeping for the PB Tanjung Mas organization that they run, their financial records are more structured. The second goal is to increase their understanding of the process of making simple financial bookkeeping by providing some examples of economic transactions and how to solve it and the distribution of debit/credit cash books. Research methodology: The method used in carrying out the service is socialization and mentoring. before doing service, is to meet face-to-face during the championship and do a little question and answer about inflating training operational costs unexpectedly because no reports have been made. The approach that has been taken, the idea arises to overcome these problems, by organizing training and mentoring. Results: The result of this service is to provide a new experience for badminton clubs, especially PB Tanjung Mas about the importance of having simple financial reports, in order to be able to manage their respective operational costs so that there is no minus at the end of the month Limitations: This service limit is for recording daily transactions at PB Tanjung Mas and recording supply of chokechocks. Contribution: The contribution of this program is to provide knowledge about the meaning of accounting, the benefits of accounting and financial bookkeeping for traders, the accounts contained in the books, debit-credit positions, examples of transactions that often occur, to the process of journalizing and distributing debit cash books/credit to PB Tanjung Mas Tampan. The hope from the implementation of this community service program is that the club's finances become sustainable by implementing simple financial bookkeeping every period. So that the club management has a good financial record.

Pelatihan Penentuan Dimensi dan Indikator Lingkungan Kerja Eksisting di Sekretariat Daerah Pemkot Kupang

Purpose: To improve the ability of employees at the Regional Secretariat of the Kupang City Government in identifying and understanding the dimensions and indicators of the employee's work environment based on organizational needs which can later improve employee performance and productivity. Research methodology: The implementation of this community service activity uses a focus group discussion (FGD) technique which was previously carried out through the stages of the survey, problem identification and questionnaire distribution, training and design, final questionnaire distribution, and report generation. Results: To identified dimensions of the work environment that affect performance consisting of (1) dimensions of the physical work environment with indicators of work equipment/work facilities, lighting, air circulation, noise, color, humidity, technology, mechanical vibrations in the workplace work, unpleasant odors at work, decorations at work, music at work, sounds at work, security officers at work, buildings or buildings, places to rest, places of worship (prayer and places of worship), means of transportation, pollution/pollution, and cleanliness, and availability of advice on handling the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic; and (2) the dimensions of the non-physical work environment with indicators relating to relationships with superiors, relationships with colleagues, relationships with subordinates, security at work, opportunities for advancement, harmonious relationships, boredom, work fatigue, privacy from employees, work atmosphere, time work, body condition at work, work complaints, and communication; leaders pay attention to the means of preventing the spread of Covid-19. Limitations: The limitations of this activity are limited to the identification of dimensions and indicators of the work environment. It needs to be simplified and further tested in factorial analysis to obtain a simplification of indicators but still comprehensive. Contribution: the contribution of this activity as a scientific development of human resource management, especially the use of dimensions and indicators of work environment variables.
