Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Millenial

Purpose: This research was conducted to determine whether or not the work environment, organizational culture and transformational leadership influence the job satisfaction of millennial generation employees Research methodologi: Sampling of 80 respondents of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 Cakung Timur Cakung, East Jakarta who currently work in a company based on criteria using purposive and roscoe techniques. Analysis technique with path method and analysis tool using SmartPLS 3.3. Results: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial employees in Rw 11 (3) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees. Limitations: Technique of distributing questionnaires mostly through g-form considering the current conditions do not allow to be able to deal directly with respondents due to Covid19 and limited references to previous research that examines the same variables and reference object generations millennials are still few. Contribution: Can be a reference for companies in implementing company systems, especially to maintain employee satisfaction.

Pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage dan Aktivitas terhadap Kondisi Financial Distress yang Dimoderasi oleh Profitabilitas: Studi pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2019

Purpose: The aimed of this study was to found liquidity, leverage, and activity effect to financial distress moderated by profitability in mining companies listed on the IDX in the period 2015-2019, measured by the altman z-score model. Research methodology: Descriptive and associative methods are used as research methods. Sample of this study was 10 mining companies registered in the IDX in the period 2015-2019 obtained by purposive sampling method. The tool used is EViews 10 with panel data regression analysis techniques. Results: The results indicates that only liquidity and leverage had an effect on financial distress. Simultaneusly liquidity, leverage and activity also affect financial distress. Then, profitability is found to moderate the effect of liquidity on financial distress. Limitations: The limitations of the study are on the sample size and the period of research that allows to be added to future research, as well as the possible use of other financial distress measurement methods. Contribution: Produce findings on variables that can affect financial distress in mining companies by using profitability as a moderation variable.

Pengaruh Pelatihan, Pengawasan, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of Training, Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Bank DKI Permata Hijau Branch. Research Methodology: This study uses quantitative research methods, and uses non-probability sampling that uses convenience sampling to take samples from people who are easy to meet. Results: In the partial regression coefficient test, the t-count of the training variables is 2.416, supervision is 2.089, and work discipline is 6.000, all calculations show greater than the t-table calculation of 1.994, meaning that the variables of training, supervision, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. Limitations: Dissemination of dissemination is not carried out directly to respondents, with the spread of dissemination via google form. Contribution: This research is expected to improve the performance of employees of PT Bank DKI Permata Hijau Branch through training, supervision, and work discipline.

Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Evaluation & Effectiveness of Disclosure and its Impact on Financial Performance: A Case of Indonesian Corporations by Longitudinal Evidence

Purpose: To see if corporate social responsibility (CSR) is linked to financial performance in Indonesian enterprises. Despite the fact that CSR was first revealed in Indonesia. Method:This study, which is based on a longitudinal information study, consists of the two hundred most famous organizations, which were chosen from 672 recorded corporations that lead Bursa Indonesia between 2010 and 2020 by content Analysis. Secondary data analysis of recorded market data from Indonesia was used in this study. The necessary information was retrieved and recorded so that it could be analyzed subsequently. Additionally, SPSS was used to analyze the filtered data from which a generalized linear regression model was adopted. Result: The linearity test reveals a linear link between Corporate Social Responsibility and Firm Performance. Leverage, income per share, firm size, resource turnover, and corporate social responsibility have all been identified as critical indicators of an organization's financial performance in past studies. The present results corroborate this. Limitation: Expanding the specimen estimate, possibly to different agencies not fundamentally recorded; probably to 250 best organizations in Indonesia may consider a preferred measure of the impact that CSR has on the financial performance of Indonesian agencies. Contributions: Through its observations and discussions, this research contributes to theoretical and methodological advancements in the field of business. The report reinforces and advises businesses on the importance of corporate responsibility in their quest to increase financial performance, particularly in Indonesia. If enterprises follow the study's recommendations, they can achieve unprecedented levels of financial enactment.

Pengaruh Brand Association terhadap Brand Loyalty yang dimediasi oleh Brand Trust Pengguna GoPay di Kabupaten Bandung Barat

Purpose: To determine the effect of brand association on brand loyalty mediated by  brand trust of GoPay users in West Bandung Regency is the aim of this reseach. Research methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with the object of GoPay. Data collected using an electronic questionnaire that has been tested for validity and distributed to 120 respondents. Data analysis used simple regression formula, multiple regression, and Sobel test. Results: The results showed that the brand association positive and significant impact on brand trust and brand loyalty, and brand trust is also positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand trust mediating the effect of brand associations on brand loyalty. Limitations: This study is limited by population characteristics and loci, namely people who live in West Bandung Regency with an age range of 17 to 35 years. Contribution: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that GoPay needs to pay attention and improve their brand association properly to increase brand trust and brand loyalty to GoPay users.

Pengaruh Inflation, Interest Rate, dan Exchange Rate terhadap IHSG di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2011-2021

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a model and research the influence of macroeconomics ranging from inflation, exchange rates and interest rates towards the growth of the IHSG Research methodology: A total of 132 sample data were used and were collected from 2011 to 2021. Quantitative research methods were used in conjunction with the use of SPSS analysis tool. Results: The research shows that macroeconomic does indeed have an effect on the IHSG. Inflation didn’t have a significant effect on IHSG, Interest rates was found to have a significant negative effect on the IHSG, The exchange rate was found to have a significant effect on IHSG. Limitations: The sample data was collected from numerous statistics website, but there appears to be slight numerical inconsistencies between the data presented. As such, the sample data used in the research were collected from only the most credible sources. Contribution: Can be a reference for future research regarding the same subjects, variables and phenomenon.
