Peningkatan Literasi Teknologi Informasi Bagi Perangkat Kelurahan di Lingkungan Kecamatan Ilir Barat Dua Kota Palembang

Purpose: to improve information technology literacy of employees in Ilir Barat Dua Subdistrict, Palembang City, especially regarding the use of software applications supporting office administration especially word processing, data processing, and presentation applications in order to improve employee performance. Method: The training was carried out face-to-face, in the form of demonstrations on how to use the menus in each application, questions/answers, and practice using application programs. The target of this activity was the village apparatus in the Ilir Barat Dua District, Palembang City, as many as 36 people. The training was carried out in the Computer Laboratory managed by the Quantitative and Qualitative Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. Results: After participating in this training, participants realized that this training contributed to improving their skills in using computer applications. Limitations: this activity only covers the use of office administration applications. Other materials should also be given, such as how to find data on the Internet Contribution: after participating in this training, the skills of employees have increased in using of computer applications to support office administration, so that they can contribute to improving employee performance.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa sebagai Sentra Produk Pangan Berbasis Jagung dan Mete

Purpose: To increase the knowledge and skills of partners in corn and cashew-based food processing and knowledge of distribution permits, improve the quality and selling value of products using Appropriate Technology, organize the organization and management of food processing, and assess the role of Village-Owned Enterprise (VOE) in community empowerment. Method: Solving partner problems are replacing manual equipment with appropriate technology, counseling, training, assistance in processing corn and cashews, improving organization and management, and assisting in managing distribution permits. The target of the activity is the partner farmer group of the food processing business unit of the Sillu Raya VOE. Results: Achieved were an increase in knowledge about the importance and management of distribution permits, more effective and efficient processed food production processes, mastery of appropriate technology, halal-certified and labeled products, improved structure and management of food processing business units, Sillu Raya VOE have not play an effective role in empowering the community's economy. The knowledge and skills of partners increase, partners master appropriate technology and the selling value of marning corn and various processed cashew nuts increases. Assistance will be by seeking food safety education with resource persons from the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency of East Nusa Tenggara as a condition of obtaining a distribution permit for market expansion. Contribution: To increasing the knowledge and skills of the community so that they are independent in food processing in order to increase the added value of the products produced.

Pendampingan Pembukuan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah di Desa Kerinjing

Purpose: The purpose of this service is to provide assistance regarding Bookkeeping for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir. This is because it is important for MSME owners to understand the way and process of doing bookkeeping. Method: The method used in this service is conducting training / counseling and mentoring through monologues and also dialogues for MSME owners in Kerinjing Village. Implementation time is on 16, 23 and 30 September 2021. Participants who follow are all MSME owners in Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir. including the business of convection, culinary, souvenirs and stalls. Results: The results of this service are expected to be able to understand and know the bookkeeping process that can be utilized by MSMEs. Training/counseling and mentoring provide convenience for MSME owners in Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir. to process the book Conclusions: this training/instruction provides benefits and knowledge about tax incentives for MSMEs in Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir. Thus, the role of MSMEs owners is to carry out bookkeeping properly and correctly so that they can improve their ability to compete and also avoid fraud.

Peran Bumdes dalam Pembangunan Pariwisata Berkualitas dan Berkelanjutan di Lereng Sumbing, Desa Temanggung, Kecamatan Kaliangkrik, Kabupaten Magelang

Purpose: The most important objective in this study is to understand the role of Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in strengthening innovations developed by rural communities.  The presence of BUMDes is the right of the village in giving authority to the village government to innovate in village development, especially in terms of improving the village economy and welfare for rural communities in the development of quality and sustainable tourism. Method: The study method developed is qualitative descriptive research method that utilizes qualitative data which is often used to analyze events, phenomena, or social conditions. Results: The results of the study show that the support of Bumdes plays a role in increasing sustainable tourism development, one of which is in the form of preparing documents for assisting sustainable tourism development. One of the supports from BUMDes takes form as efforts to collaborate with elements of universities and local governments as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Limitation: The limited time for the implementation of the service is very short, namely 6 months. Contribution: Contribution enterprises (BUMDes) in strengthening innovations developed by rural communities.

Pelatihan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produk Bank Sampah di Kecamatan Rumbai

Purpose: This community service activity aims to train Waste Bank managers in determining the cost of Waste Bank products. Method: The method in this activity is a lecture followed by a discussion and simulation of calculating the cost of the product. The target audience is the manager of the Waste Bank. Results: The results of service activities increase the understanding of Waste Bank managers in calculating the cost of production, determining the selling price, and calculating the profit or loss on product sales. Conclusion: The initial survey shows that many waste bank managers do not understand how to calculate product cost, selling price, and profit/loss. With this activity, there is an increase in the understanding of waste bank managers in determining the selling price of their products. This activity has benefits in addition to creating a clean environment and contributing to improving the community's economy.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha dan Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM

Purpose: SMEs are one of the vehicles that drive the country's economy in Indonesia. The existence of SMEs plays a major role in increasing the progress of a business wheel in Indonesia. As the driving force of the economy, SMEs must manage their finances well. Good financial management can be seen from how SMEs can plan business activities and control business activities properly. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the application of science and technology in the Asyik Suka SME Community for the application of methods for managing business finances and the use of financial applications. Method: One of the methods used to manage finances well is to use Kakeibo. Kakeibo is a way of managing finances introduced by the Japanese. The media used in Kakeibo are envelopes and notes related to financial planning. Service activities will be carried out with the UKM Asyik Suka Community in Palembang City. In addition to using Kakeibo, service activities are also supported by the use of the SME Accounting Application. The SME Accounting Application is used to facilitate business activities by entering information related to SME finance. The method of service activities is carried out using lecture media and the practice of using Kakeibo and UKM Accounting Applications. Results: Based on the results of the questionnaire graph that the participants are in the 70-80% interval, it means that this service activity has a positive impact on increasing the application of science and technology to the participants. Conclusion: The service activities that have been carried out at the home of the Chairperson of the Asyik Suka MSME Community, namely Mrs. Yeni Rozak and the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME activity, totaling 11 MSME owners, from the discussion of material and direct practice to the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME Community service were greatly helped and increased knowledge about the use of technology to help businesses, especially in the use of MSME Accounting Application technology.
