About the Journal
Jurnal Ilmiah Widyaiswara (JIW) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that serves as a medium for publishing research articles by Widyaiswara (state instructors) across Indonesia. JIW publishes original and high-quality manuscripts related to Widyaiswara studies and the competency development of the State Civil Apparatus. The journal aims to mediate and disseminate innovative and solution-oriented ideas that contribute to the theoretical and practical development of Widyaiswara and the State Civil Apparatus in Indonesia.
