Purpose: This community service activity is aimed to optimalize the processing of fresh catfish and increase the knowledge, understanding, and ability of participants regarding the processing of catfish floss without oil as an alternative processing of fresh catfish, also obtain healthier fish floss. Methodology: This activities carried out through several stages, starts from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The method used is to provide some theory and practice online using Zoom Meeting. Catfish floss without oil is processed with several stages such as fish preparation, steaming, mashing, and roasting. Results: Participants know in theory the benefits, handling, and diversification of processed catfish, especially fish floss without oil. Participans can also practice directly processing fish floss without oil, thus creating opportunities for a home industry that specifically processes catfish cultivation in Buyut Ilir village. The processed products produced are expected to increase the consumption and economic conditions, especially Buyut Ilir village. Conclusion: Participants know in theory the benefits, handling, and diversification of processed catfish, especially fish floss without oil. Participants also practiced directly processing of fish floss without oil, thus creating opportunities for a home industry that specifically processes catfish cultivation in Buyut Ilir village. This community service activity also has increased the knowledge, understanding, and ability of participants regarding the processing of catfish floss without using oil as an alternative processing of fresh catfish and make healthier catfish floss.

Purpose: Bamboo is an economic potential that is not only derived from the bamboo product itself but can also be expanded into an attractive natural tourist spot. Unfortunately, the potential of bamboo as a product is often focused on the functional and forgets the unique creations for the product that can increase the value of the product itself. The training conducted between Pelita Harapan University and Bamboo Community Dunia Bambu Sejahtera (DBS) aims to provide understanding and knowledge related to creative bamboo designs to meet the market for hotel and culinary amenities. Methodology/approach: The training is done by dividing the group. Each group is taught various bamboo creations. During the training, participants were also given the opportunity to discuss about bamboo and the potential for creative creations that can be made to attract market attention. Results/findings: Training participants gain additional knowledge about bamboo and its unique and creative bamboo creations. The results of the evaluation before and after the training showed that the participants felt that they had gained knowledge that could be integrated into making bamboo crafts. Conclusion: With this training, it is hoped that the craftsmen can improve their weaving skills which in turn will have an impact on increasing product sales and the income of the craftsmen themselves

Purpose: This service activity aims to provide new insights and knowledge for Jayamukti villagers, especially housewives in processing used cooking oil waste into laundry soap so that it is not disposed of directly and pollutes the environment. Methodology: This service activity includes four stages, namely planning, coordination, socialization of making laundry soap, evaluation of the results of the service. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to calculate the percentage of participant satisfaction Results: The results of the community service activities show that 85.71% of residents are very interested in washing soap from used cooking oil, as much as 91.43% of residents will collect used cooking oil and make laundry soap from used cooking oil, as much as 74.29% of residents are interested in innovating so they can selling washing soap from used cooking oil and as many as 85.71% of residents stated that they were satisfied with the socialization and mentoring activities for making laundry soap from used cooking oil that had been carried out. This shows that the service activities that have been carried out are very beneficial for residents, especially PKK women because they can create productive activities that can increase income.
