Monitoring kualitas tanah lahan pertanian Desa Sidorejo menggunakan sensor pH tanah dan Internet of Things
Purpose: Assisting farmers in monitoring remotely the quality of agricultural land for rice crops in Sidorejo Village, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. As well as farmers and the agriculture office can determine the composition of the fertilizer given to suit their rice plants.
Method: The installed soil pH sensor will read the soil pH value for rice plants in the form of voltage, then the data from the voltage is processed by Arduino Nano and sent to the internet cloud using the SIM800L module.
Result: With a soil pH value of 2.79, it will produce 800 kg of grain from an area of ??600 m2, while a soil pH value of 3.41 will also produce 500-600 kg of grain from an area of ??350 m2.
Conclusion: The application of a soil quality monitoring system for rice plants in Siderejo Village, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta has been successfully implemented with an average control speed of 5,11-6,8 second, and the data can be accessed by farmers using mobile phones.

Purpose: To provide understanding and ability in managing finances to MSME entrepreneurs.
Methodology/approach: The method of activity used are (1) counselling and training methods on financial management, where counselling with prepared materials as well as training and direct question and answer sessions during training will be able to make the community able to understand the concept of financial management, (2) assist partners in the process of financial management through good and neat financial records, so that partners can stop excessive spending. The participants for this training are MSME entrepreneurs who are members of Dewan UMKM Indonesia Terpadu (DUIT) Kedoya, West Jakarta. Most of its members are business owners with micro and small-scale businesses.
Results/findings: (1) Participants have understood the importance of financial management and are able to manage business finances through good financial records, (2) Participants understand and are able to record financial transactions neatly and according to accounting standards, and (3) Participants have understood and are able to make financial reports as the basis of information for financial management.
Conclusion: So far, the income statement is still limited to a report that compares the difference between income and expenses, without separating the nature of the expenditure whether it is an expense or an asset and other accounting provisions that need to be considered by MSME entrepreneurs. Participants need an understanding of the preparation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM, namely income statement, statements of financial position, and notes to financial statements.

Organic Sampah Organik Desa Pandan Dulang Kecamatan Semidang Aji dengan Teknologi Biodigester
Purpose: to analyze the potential of organic waste using a digester test kit (Biogas Reactor). Results/findings: from processing organic waste with a certain ratio and Producing gas equivalent to 3 kg of gas, which can be applied in Pandan Dulang village.
Conclusion: This activity can motivate villagers to be able to manage organic waste with biodigester technology using drums.

Purpose: The community service activities to provide knowledge about aquaculture as well as recommendations for consuming processed fish, increasing community income in river village two and hope to provide understanded to the community who participate in activities, especially in the field of fisheries.
Methodology/approach: The activities of community were at the outdoor laboratory ini Sungai Dua village of the University South Sumatra. The activities community purposed at advised to consumption of processed fish product, increasing the income of the community-specific community in Sungai Dua village and hope so to provide understanding to the people who follow community service activities.The activity went smoothly attended by approximately 100 participants in the Laboratory outdoor of fisheries science study program.
Results/findings: The advantage of this training is that the people in Sungai Dua Village know all activities from catfish aquaculture to processing fishery products so that people have motivation in entrepreneurship, business alternatives and fond of eating fish.
Conclusion: The community service activities on of processed catfish in Sungai Dua village are joined by the people of Sungai Dua village. Activities include the presentation of like to eat fish, shared of leaflets and shared about aquaculture until of processed fish product.. The participants were enthusiastic. People who follow the training have more motivation to need to be of fisheries.

Diseminasi Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan Refugia sebagai Alternatif Pengendalian Hama Tumbuhan pada Lahan Pertanian Desa Sungai Dua
Purpose: PKM activities to encourage farmers to plant refugia around paddy fields to implement dissemination in the use of refugia plants in Sungai Dua Village. Efforts to increase the population of natural enemies are very important in maintaining the sustainability of the rice field ecosystem where the planting of refugia around is carried out in rice fields.
Methodology/approach: Implementation activities through the introduction of innovations received through the process of listening, seeing, trying, evaluating, accepting, believing and implementing.
Results/findings: There are many kinds of ornamental plants which are direct food sources for natural enemies (nectar and pollen) or can indirectly bring prey and hosts, in addition to controlling the microclimate based on the needs of natural enemies. Utilizing nectar and pollen from plants for natural enemies, both parasitoids and predators, can increase reproduction faster where more eggs will be produced.
Conclusion: Community service activities carried out can be concluded as follows: Increasing the knowledge of PKM participants from members of the Sungai Dua Village Gapoktan experienced an increase in knowledge about the use of refugia plant technology as an alternative to environmentally friendly-based rice pest control

Capacity Building Petugas Pendataan untuk Kepentingan Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan
Tujuan (Purpose): This program aims to identify the skill needs of the Kulon Progo Regency and improve the competence of the Kulon Progo Regency data collection officer or appraisers.
Metode (Method): The method used to achieve the goal is to carry out a capacity building program. At the beginning of the program, we conducted a pre-test to identify the level of understanding. Then we provide online materials and practices. At the end of the program, we held a post-test to evaluate the implementation of capacity building. We use the real object of Yogyakarta International Airport so that participants can directly discuss the actual situation on the field.
Hasil (Results): From the post-test results, we can see an increase in the knowledge of the officers. However, we have identified several regulatory instruments that Kulon Progo Regency does not yet have.
Kesimpulan (Conclusions): From the results of this capacity building activity, we know there is a need for a sustainable capacity building program with an actual tax object.

Purpose: The purpose of the community service done is to develop the online marketing of building materials stores owned by Artha Jaya Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly known as BUMDes Artha Jaya so that the manager of BUMDes can still increase sales during pandemic through online sales like social media
Methodology/approach: The implementation of the activity used a participatory approach through a direct approach by involving BUMDes in carrying out the stages of activities consisting of preparation and implementation. In each of these activities, BUMDes and the service team carried out and compiled digital marketing of social media and e-commerce.
Results/findings: The development of digital marketing in BUMDes Artha Jaya only appeared in certain types of digital marketing, namely social media marketing through the Whatsapp application and content marketing, therefore by carrying out digital marketing at BUMDes Artha Jaya accompanied by training on BUMDes administrators could assist BUMDes in promoting their business.
Conclusion: BUMDes should have felt the advantage of existing marketing, because digital marketing is very efficient for businesses. Then, with the development of digital marketing, it would make the business run better.
