Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Dua Restoran Besar di Bandar Lampung melalui Pendekatan Dimensi Dineserve

Purpose: This research aimed to examine the quality of service at two large restaurants in Bandar Lampung using dineserv dimensions, data analysis using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) or presented using the Performance Analysis Index. Research Methodology: The study used primary data, and the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in the study was 135 respondents, obtained using Hair et al (2010). The study was conducted for 3 months, from October to December 2021. Results: The result of this study is that Rumah Kayu restaurants should focus on providing comfortable chairs, educating employees with skills that can impress consumers. Limitation: On the other hand, Kinar restaurants should focus on providing better parking spaces, making facilities easy to use, and maintaining good service when the restaurant is crowded.  

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Keo San Indonesia

Purpose: This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance. Research methodology: The sample used in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Keo San Indonesia where the researchers used a saturated sample of 60 employees. The analytical technique used is the path analysis method and data processing is carried out through SmartPLS 3.3.3. Result: The results of the test obtained (1) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Limitations: Researchers find it difficult to find references for research, because the research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this can be overcome by looking for references online. Contribution: This research is expected to be able to make a comparison between theoretical knowledge and practice applied by PT Keo San Indonesia to the work environment and work discipline that affects the performance of its employees.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Wisma Sehati BSD Tangerang Selatan

Purpose: This research is a research using a quantitative approach which aims to find out and prove the effect of the work environment and workload on the job satisfaction of the employees of Wisma Sehati BSD Tangerang Selatan branch. Research methodology: The population in this research were 30 employees and the sample used in this research was the same number of 30 people using the saturated sample technique. In collecting data, the data was distributed using an online questionnaire via Google Form. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.3.3 with the analysis technique used is path analysis. Limitations: (1) Limitations in the use of this measurement variable may not fully indicate the causes that also affect employee job satisfaction. (2) In addition, this research is only distributed to employees in one company. (3) And this research took place during the covid-19 pandemic so that it experienced limitations in distributing questionnaires Contribution: (1) This research is expected Wisma Sehati BSD to maintain and improve employee satisfaction by continuously maintaining and improving the quality of a good and comfortable work environment and improving a balanced workload. (2) Expected to be able to explore and implement the insights and knowledge that has been obtained during lectures regarding Human Resource Management that has been obtained while studying at the Management Study Program S1. (3) And also add insight which can then be applied in the management of human resources in the future

Analisis Minat Penggunaan Ulang pada Dompet Digital Shopeepay di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and sales promotion on reuse intention the ShopeePay digital wallet during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research Methodology: This study is a quantitative research, the data in this research have been acquired form the distribution of questionnaires measured via ascale Likert using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique which data processing was assisted by Smart PLS 3.3.3. In this research, a sample of 96 people was used, and the sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. Result: The results of this research imply that the perceived usefulness variable has no effect and not significant on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.192. The variable perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.314 and sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.274. Limitations: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the spread of questionnaires must use Google Form (online) so that it cannot spread the questionnaire directly. And the variables used and set out in this study are limited i.e., refer only to the variables of benefit perception, ease perception and sales promotion. Contribution: It is expected to be able to share the contribution of knowledge and benefits and this writing can be a contribution as a source of reference and have the same topic, and can have the benefit to be a consideration for the company that it can be used as a consideration in determining strategies towards its product or service. The Effect of Research and Development (R&D) Investment, E-Commerce Company Employee, And E-Commerce Transaction Volume On Economic Growth In Indonesia 2010Q1 – 2020Q4

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of R&D investment, the volume of e-commerce transactions, and e-commerce companies’ employees on economic growth in Indonesia for the period 2010Q1 – 2020 Q4. Research methodology: The analytical method used in this study is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) and a method using time series data in the form of quarterly from 2010 to 2020. In conducting this research the author uses the help of the E-views 9 analysis tool. Results: The results of this study are that the variables of R&D investment, e-commerce companies’ employees, and the volume of e-commerce transactions have a partial or joint effect on economic growth in Indonesia from 2010 Q1 to 2020 Q4. Limitations: This research is limited by several factors, among others; R&D investment, e-commerce companies’ employees, and volume of e-commerce transactions. Contribution: The results obtained from this research are expected to be one of the references in making policy directions based on the data presented to adjust the right policies, especially to achieve economic digitization in Indonesia.
