About the Journal

Kajian Ilmiah Hukum dan Kenegaraan (KIHAN) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes high-quality papers in the fields of law and state studies. KIHAN aims to become a credible and reputable source of scholarly information related to legal studies and serves as a medium for academicians, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate their findings and ideas in addressing various issues in law and governance.

The journal publishes articles that are relevant to both academics and practitioners, and all submitted manuscripts undergo an anonymous review process by at least two referees selected by the editorial team based on their expertise.
