Pelatihan Penyusunan Harga Pokok Produk dan Laporan Laba Rugi UMKM di Lampung

Purpose: Many MSMEs are unable to properly prepare and analyze product cost prices and profit and loss reports. The aim of this PKM is to increase knowledge and understanding in determining efficient product cost prices and preparing profit and loss reports for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Methodology/Approach: The methodology consisted of several stages: 1. initial stage (situation analysis and socialization of community services), 2. implementation stage (training in calculating the cost of production and preparing profit and loss reports); 3. Evaluation stage (pretest, posttest, monitoring, and evaluation of results). The training participants were MSMEs in Lampung Province, with production businesses including honey, chips, coffee, herbal drinks, frozen food, handicrafts, soap, spices, kitchen necessities, and pastries. Results: As a result of the PKM, MSME participants can prepare product costs and profit and loss reports for their respective businesses, which can be used to analyze costs to be efficient and generate maximum income. Limitations: MSME actors lack knowledge in classifying and analyzing production costs and determining the correct cost of production. Contribution: After this training, the MSME participants had a strategy to manage their business well and increase income and streamline production or operational costs incurred.

Pelatihan Microsoft Office dan Aplikasi Kerja pada Murid PKBM Bina Anak Nusantara

Purpose: The purpose of the training is to improve computer usage skills and provide knowledge in the world of work in the community so that it can improve the wheels of the economy. Methodology: The methods used in this service are lectures, discussions, and practices from each stage of training on the use of Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, then the introduction and practice of using work applications. The work applications introduced were software applications such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and KitaLulus. Results: As a result of this training, the participants were able to understand and enthusiastically participate in all activities. The trainees were able to complete practical tasks that had been given well. Limitations: The limitations of this community service need to increase the use of soft offices further, not only the basics, so that participants can further develop their ability to use soft offices. Contribution: This training can add to the skills of trainees in using Microsoft Office and introduce work applications so that they can later become provisions in the world of work. As long as it runs, this service has produced several outputs such as (1) submitted Scientific Journal articles, (2) mass media publications, (3) publication of activity videos, (4) increased competitiveness, (5) increased application of science and technology, and (6) Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) from cinematography.

Pemanfaatan e-Form Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Penghasilan Bagi Wirausaha dan UMKM di Desa Purworejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran

Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to assist in the reporting of tax returns (SPT) using electronic forms (e-Forms) and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the community and business actors. It is expected to empower and enhance the understanding of annual tax reporting for residents and business actors in Purworejo Village, Negeri Katon District, and the Pesawaran Regency. Methodology: The implementation of this community service uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, a technique that enables the community to participate in making real action plans and monitoring and evaluating policies that affect their lives. Results: Through the training and socialization organized in this community service, business actors in the village became more aware of their tax obligations. Consequently, they are more diligent in recording their business transactions and income, enabling them to complete the e-Form SPT more accurately. Limitation: The results of this research may be difficult to announce because conditions in Purworejo Village may differ significantly from other villages or areas, making it difficult to generalize the findings. Contribution: By using digital technology and e-Form SPT, MSMEs can be more effective in fulfilling their tax reporting obligations and managing their administration. This activity encourages MSMEs to adopt modern technology, increase tax compliance, and reduce administrative burden.

Sosialisasi Tentang Alat Pelindung Diri kepada Pekerja Proses Pengolahan Minyak Kelapa Sawit PT. PAA

Purpose: This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing workers' knowledge about personal protective equipment and increasing awareness about the use of personal protective equipment so that it can protect workers from work accidents. Community service activities are carried out at PT. PAA Bengkalis Regency from 27 November to 14 December 2023. Methodology: The stages of implementing community service activities begin with a pretest, to measure the participants' abilities and understanding. about knowledge of personal protective equipment (APD). Furthermore, several interventions were carried out, including outreach aimed at increasing workers' understanding and awareness about PPE. At the end of the program, a post test is carried out to determine the level of success in implementing service to workers. Results: The results of the evaluation of the implementation of community service activities through pre-test and post-test show an increase in workers' understanding and concern for personal protective equipment (PPE). Limitation: The limitations of this service are ongoing monitoring and evaluation which is not carried out directly by researchers, but by HSE officers. Contribution: in this research is in the form of attitude change based on in-depth understanding. so that this effort allows attitudes and actions based on understanding to continuously. Seminar dan Pelatihan “Belajar Jarak Jauh Dengan E-Learning bagi Mahasiswa STIE Krakatau”

Purpose: This community service program aimed to improve the ability of students at STIE Krakatau to use e-learning effectively for distance learning, adapt to diverse learning styles, and increase engagement in online classes. Methodology/approach: The activity was conducted through a three-hour seminar and workshop held in the computer laboratory at STIE Krakatau. The development of an adaptive e-learning model follows the engineering approach (analysis, design, implementation, evaluation). The tools used included multimedia authoring software and online questionnaires to assess students' visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. Results/findings: The training resulted in a prototype adaptive e-learning model capable of adjusting content delivery based on students’ learning styles. Ongoing evaluations indicate improved understanding and interaction in the online learning environment. Conclutions: This program successfully introduced adaptive e-learning to STIE Krakatau students, improving their engagement and understanding of distance learning. The developed model adjusted the content to different learning styles, showing its potential to enhance the quality of online education. Broader testing is recommended to validate its effectiveness on a larger scale in the future. Limitations: The study only implemented alpha testing and involved a limited number of participants; thus, broader testing and future experimental studies are required for generalization. Contribution: This program provides practical solutions for higher-education institutions transitioning to online learning. It contributes to educational technology development, particularly in designing adaptive e-learning for diverse learners.
