Peningkatan Kompetensi Bidang Karya Tulis Ilmiah Bagi Guru SMK

Purpose:This community service program aims to improve the competence of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in writing scientific papers. The initiative responds to the increasing demand for teachers to produce academic works, both as part of their professional development and as a requirement for career advancement, in line with government regulations on teacher functional positions and credit points. Method:The program was conducted through a workshop model combining theoretical sessions, practical writing exercises, and mentoring. Participants were guided step-by-step in developing scientific papers, from topic selection, literature review, and methodology design to data analysis and manuscript preparation. Mentoring was provided intensively to ensure each participant could produce a draft ready for submission to scientific journals. Results: The workshop significantly enhanced teachers’ understanding of scientific writing principles, improved their ability to structure and present ideas systematically, and increased their confidence in publishing academic work. Several participants successfully completed manuscripts that met the standards of accredited journals. Conclusion:Capacity-building programs in scientific writing effectively strengthen teacher professionalism and support their career advancement. Continuous training and mentoring are crucial to sustaining these improvements. Limitation:The program’s impact was limited to a specific group of SMK teachers in Cibinong, making generalization to other regions less certain. Follow-up studies are needed to measure the long-term sustainability of skills gained. Contribution:This program provides a practical model for teacher professional development through targeted scientific writing training, integrating theory, practice, and mentorship to produce measurable outputs in academic publication readiness.

Seminar Pengembangan Softskill Bagi Karyawan Cv. Three And Group Contractor & Supplier

Purpose: This seminar aimed to strengthen employees’ soft skills, particularly communication, teamwork, leadership, self-management, and ethics, which are essential for professional growth and organizational effectiveness. Methodology/approach: The program applied an interactive approach through presentations, discussions, case studies, and group activities to encourage participants’ active involvement and practical application of soft skills in daily work. Results/findings: The seminar improved participants’ awareness and confidence in applying soft skills at the workplace. Employees reported better understanding of collaboration, communication, and leadership, along with increased motivation to implement these abilities in professional settings. Conclutions: Soft skill training significantly supports employee performance and complements technical skills. Developing these competencies enhances adaptability, productivity, and career growth. Limitations: The evaluation relied on short-term feedback without assessing long-term behavioral change or measurable organizational outcomes. The relatively limited number of participants may reduce the generalizability of the findings. Contribution: This program contributes to the literature on human resource development by emphasizing the role of soft skills as intangible yet critical competencies. Practically, it offers organizations a reference for integrating soft skill development into training programs to improve competitiveness and sustainability.

Bibliometrics: Analysis of the Development of Desalination Membranes in the Past Decade to 2022

Purpose: This study uses a bibliometric method to computational mapping analysis with VOSviewer to look at how chemical particle desalination membrane research has evolved. Methodology: By using the publish or perish reference manager tool, the Google Scholar database was queried for the article data. By using the phrase "C`hemistry Particle Desalination Membrane" the search is directed by the title and abstract of the article. There were 1024 items that were thought to be pertinent. The research period considered for the study is the most recent ten years of Google Scholar-indexed articles (2012 to 2022). Results: The findings showed an upward trend in the number of papers on desalination membranes. In desalination membrane research, there are 5 clusters and 5 topics that are frequently discussed. These are Cluster 1: Treatment (number of links 52, total link strength 99, accurness 65), Cluster 2: Composite (number of links 34, total link strength 49, accurness 40), Cluster 3: Nanofiltration (number of links 42, total link strength 92, accurness 52), Cluster 4: Desalination performance (number of links 39, total link strength 93, (number of links 34, total link strength 75, accuracy 38). Conclusion: Bibliometric analysis shows rapid growth in membrane desalination research, focusing on treatment, membranes, and performance, with notable gaps and limited studies on “Chemistry Particle Desalination Membrane”. Limitations: The limitation of this research wass focused on the development of desalination membranes in the last 10 years using bibliometric analysis. Contribution: This study can provide an explanation that serves as a foundation for knowledge about the development of desalination membrane.

Bibliometric Analysis of BiFeO3 Nanoparticle Research Development Using VOSviewer Application

Purpose: This research aimed to conduct analysis in the research of BiFeO3 nanoparticles through bibliometric analysis techniques with computational mapping used VOSviewer application. Methodology/approach: By using the publish or perish reference management tool and the Google Scholar database's collection of research article data to obtain research data article. The search was focused on the article's title and abstract with "BiFeO3 nanoparticles" was used as the search term, and literature review method was used according to related topics. This study's research era covers the most recent 10 years (2012 to 2022) from publications in both national and international journals that Google Scholar has indexed. Results/findings: From the search result, there were 996 journal articles related to keywords. The range of journal articles searched from the Google Scholar database is the last decade (from 2012 to 2022). Conclusions: Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer shows that research on BiFeO3 nanoparticles (2012–2022) formed 8 clusters with 996 articles. After rising until 2018, publication trends declined, indicating significant opportunities for further development and broader research connections. Limitations: This limitations of this research was focused on the development trend of BiFeO3 nanoparticle research in the last decade shows a slight fluctuation but still an uptrend from time to time. Contribution: This research is expected to provide information on research development trends during the last decade for researchers who want to conduct research, especially related to the topic of BiFeO3 nanoparticle.
