Pelatihan Standar Akuntansi Pesantren dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi staf keuangan pondok pesantren Yuliansyah, Yuliansyah Dewi, Fajar Gustiawaty Amelia, Yunia Pelatihan Pedoman Akuntansi Pesantren Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pesantren agar dapat lebih baik dalam menyusun laporan keuangannya agar akuntabilitas dan tanggung jawab dari laporan keuangan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan ke publik secara lebih baik pesantren untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar akuntansi pesantren. Lokasi mitra pengabdian berada di Way Ratai Kabupaten Pesawaran dan di Dusun Umbul Kates Tanjung Sari Natar, dimana terdapat pondok pesantren penghafal alquran dan Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah.  Metode yang digunakan pelatihan, pendampingan dan pendampingan penerapan Teknologi dengan Luaran dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keahlian staf keuangan mitra dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar yang sudah ditetapkan oleh organisasi profesi Ikatan Akuntan Publik dan dapat dipublikasikan pada jurnal atau prosiding pengabdian pada masyarakat serta diberitakan dalam media online.  Hasil pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan, kenaikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta pelatihan rata-rata 30  persen dari keseluruhan peserta. Sedangkan kenaikan sebesar 0 persen dialami oleh 5 peserta yang tetap belum memahami mengenai materi yang disampaikan dan merasa kurang cukup waktunya, membutuhkan penjelasan secara lebih intens. 100 persen peserta kegiatan rata-rata belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan sejenis, sehingga dibutuhkan pendampingan lebih lanjut. Pelatihan peningkatan value ekonomi dan lingkungan pondok pesantren untuk sustainability di era society 5.0 Amelia, Yunia Yuliansyah, Yuliansyah Winata, Andri pelatihan manajemen value ekonomi value lingkungan sustainability Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian ini melatih santri dan pengelola untuk memanfaatkan potensi yang ada di lingkungan sekitarnya untuk dapat menjadi salah satu sumber arus kas masuk bagi pesantren maupun bagi kesejahteraan santri yang sebagaian berasal dari keluarga yang tidak mampu. Lingkungan disekitar pesantren jika dikelola dengan benar dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat untuk menjadi salah satu sumber pemasukan bernilai ekonomis.  Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan materi potensi pengoptimalan pemanfaatan lingkungan berpotensi ekonomi, pengelolaan arus kas masuk dan keluar serta manajemen keuangan. Luaran dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan skill dan pengetahuan santri dan pengelola pondok untuk meningkatkan value ekonominya dengan tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di sekitar pondok dengan memberikan skill pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dan lingkungan bernilai ekonomis dengan memanfaatkan berbagai potensi yang ada dilingkungannya agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pondok dan santrinya.  Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan Pada Hari Sabtu tanggal 8 Agustus dan 15 Agustus dengan narasumber Tim Dosen Pengabdian dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung bertempat di Pondok Pesantren dihadiri 60 peserta. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata 40 persen dari peserta mengenai materi yang diberikan. Menangkal hoax melalui workshop literasi media dan bedah film “Tilik” bagi Karang Taruna Desa Karyamekar Fanaqi, Chotijah Chairunnisa, Arti Nurdianti Media literacy Hoax Purpose: The aim of the media literacy workshop through the review of the Tilik film is to build awareness and understanding for Karyamekar associations in an effort to ward off hoaxes that are rife on social media. The discussion and review of this film was in the context of the implementation of Community Service which was held by the Garut University Service Team in collaboration with the Youth Organization of Karyamekar Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency. Method: The method used is a workshop and film surgery "TILIK". Results: The results of these activities indicated that the workshop with the discussion method and providing examples of the latest cases (film review) was quite effective. This can be seen in the enthusiasm of the participants, as well as the ongoing discussion process. Conclusion: The Tilik Film Review activity has a very positive impact on the participants to foster their interest in media literacy. Pengembangan Kemasan Zero Plastic serta Label Sehat-Halal Produk Tahu dan Tempe Bangsawan, Satria Mahrinasari, MS Susilawati, Susilawati Saftarina, Fitria Ayu, Maristiana Packaging Label Halal-Healthy Tahu and Tempe Products Purpose: Home industry of tahu and tempe products plays a role in developing economic growth, especially in Bandarlampung City, Indonesia. However, its non-degradable plastic packaging creates harmful environmental effects. In line with this, certified halal-healthy labeling required by Muslim consumers. Therefore, this community service aimed to help the tahu and tempe entrepreneurs in Gunung Sulah Village, Bandarlampung city to know, be aware, and understand the role of zero plastics packaging and certified halal-healthy labeling through training and coaching program. Method: The method used is training and coaching, and then followed by monitoring and evaluation. Results: The results show that knowledge, awareness, and understanding insights of the tahu tempe entrepreneurs increase after joining the training and coaching programs. Conclusion: The entrepreneurs need the alternative zero plastic packagings and are aware that certified halal-healthy labeling is essential to show in the packaging so that the market extends to the modern market; consequently, market share and competitive advantage can improve. Komunikasi kesehatan bagi pelajar dengan pendekatan peer education Fanaqi, Chotijah Nurkalam, Fadilah Tias, Dhea Ayuning Syahputri, Silvia Dwi Octaviani, Novi Health communication Socialization Peer education Purpose: Health communication has a strategic role in minimizing the risk of Covid-19 transmission. This is because the public's understanding of the implementation of the health protocols recommended by the government has not been implemented equally among all groups. One of the community groups that is quite vulnerable is a group of students in Kampung Lengkong Kaler, Desa Samarang, Kecamatan Samarang, Kabupaten Garut, who carry out offline learning activities as an additional effort of online learning which is carried out only twice a week. This activity happens to be a cluster for the spread of the virus if there is no health protocol such as the use of masks. The purpose of this activity is as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid 19 through Health Socialization to adolescents. Research methodology: The methodology used in this activity is health socialization and offline learning assistance to adolescents using the Peer Education approach. Peer educators or peer educators are proven to have considerable potential at adolescence in terms of attitudes. This is caused by peers who represent an attitude of acceptance, and there is motivation for adolescents who acknowledge by their group. Results: There was a change in behavior and the application of new habits through post-socialization health protocols and assistance to adolescents who were members of the study groups in Lengkong Kaler Village. Limitation: The inhibiting factor for health socialization activities with a peer education approach is the limited media space that represents students to conduct socialization simulations to their peers. Contribution: The solution to the existing obstacles is to use the Garut University Service Team post on loan by local residents. Peningkatan keterampilan basic photography dengan smartphone dan penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM Indra, Zubaidi Agustina, Yenni Andi, Kiagus Handphone Financial report MSME Technology and financial reports have a vital role in business life. Technology can help MSME players in marketing their products to areas that are difficult to reach for them. One form of technology that has an important role is cell phones. This tool, which is better known as a communication tool, can also act as an attractive image-producing tool that can support MSME players in marketing their products. However, not all MSMEs can use this tool optimally due to the lack of knowledge and skills in photography. Meanwhile, financial reports for stakeholders are no less critical for the continuity of MSME businesses, especially in obtaining financial assistance from the government. Kelurahan Tanjung Raya, especially RT 015, is out of the population working as a business actor. However, the development of MSMEs was not so fast due to their lack of knowledge in marketing goods and preparing financial reports. Based on this phenomenon, the team conducted a Community Service attended by 10 MSME actors. This service activity was carried out at the Bunda Delima Akper for 1 day, considering it was in a covid 19 situation. Pemanfaatan perangkat lunak akuntansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta Hariyani, Reni Prasetio, Tio Accounting software Zahir Accounting Version 5.1 Financial statements Easy Accurate Purpose: This community service aimed to introduce the students of XI class of SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta Accounting Department to accounting software that has reference standards in the field of financial accounting as well as guidelines regarding tax regulations applied in Indonesia in preparing financial reports to become more manageable, effective, efficient, and accurate. Method: The method was giving lectures in the form of accounting cycle theory and practicum methods, in which participants practice the use of accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting version 5.1, through a briefing from the instructor assisted by the Computer Laboratory Assistant and Secretarial Student Assistant from the Budi Luhur Academy of Secretary. Results: The results showed that the training participants could easily use Zahir Accounting and compile financial reports effectively and accurately. Prior to this, the students did know Zahir Accounting software. Conclusion: The results of this activity impact the teaching and learning process in partner places, namely, by using Zahir Accounting software to replace MYOB Accounting, which is included in the school curriculum. Pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tangga yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 melalui usaha mikro dan kecil di Kelurahan Mustikajaya Soeharjoto, Soeharjoto Ratnawati, Nirdukita Mariyanti, Tatik Syofyan, Syofriza Tribudhi, Debbie Aryani Empowerment Home economics Covid-19 Purpose: This activity aims to improve the economic condition by managing and obtaining funding sources and increasing marketing using technology. Community Method: Service is carried out using the guidance and mentoring method by providing material on Islamic financial institutions, culinary businesses, and the use of technology. Results: Results from this activity were that participants could increase their understanding of the material provided by an average of 93 percent, which could be used to motivate and increase sales turnover. This happened because participants have knowledge of Islamic financial institutions as managers and sources of funding, culinary efforts to increase diversification in the food business, and use of technology to improve marketing and administration. Conclusion: Community services implemented during the pandemic must follow health protocols, whether offline or online. This service’s result is not optimal because it could not interact directly in giving and receiving material. Post of community services, the community’s economy improved because it can increase partners’ insight in overcoming capital and marketing problems, so they are motivated to develop their business. Pelatihan Peningkatan Kualitas Produk dan Pemasaran Usaha Bubuk Biji Salak di Desa Sungai Langka, Kabupaten Pesawaran Andi, Kiagus Dharma, Fitra Gamayuni, Rindu Rika Product Quality Marketing Salak Seed Powder Purpose: This activity aimed to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in improving the quality of salak seed powder drink products and increasing their marketing. This training is aimed at villagers who drive the salak seed powder business, namely the Dusun 5 Women Farmers Group (KWT), Sungai Langka Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Method: The service methods were carried out through surveys, training and mentoring and evaluation. Results: To increase its marketing, FEB Unila's staff have created more attractive product labels that attract more products to sell; besides, they also buy better sealer machines to improve the quality of product packaging. Conclusion: Product quality, production and sales and marketing of salak seed powder must be improved as a solution to the problem so that the villagers' economy will improve. This methodology uses the power of suggestion to the theta waves in the student's subconscious mind. The achiever personality is inserted into the theta wave. The population of participants is students majoring in Management in Good Corporate Governance at the IPMI International Business School Campus of 72 schools. Students sit quietly in the lecture chair starting with fun things such as eye exercises, brain exercises, motoric movements and then calm with the aim of ice breaking, so that the atmosphere is conducive and not tense. Conducive conditions that are not tense will lead to a pleasant atmosphere so that the brain is open to being flexible when good suggestions are inserted. When the students are bowed down in a sleepy condition or half asleep and half awake, the next story is stimulated by theta music. This condition is the condition of the students' brains very ready for positive suggestions. The main objective is for students who are active in studying, do not receive lessons, and continuously return to the study table to pay more attention to their lessons. Method: This Community Service is the 10th time this activity has collected data on student achievement results before and after therapy. Method: This activity assists new and micro-business actors who have run the business. Results: The output of this dedication increases knowledge and expertise for Micro Business actors in choosing a suitable strategy in carrying out their business during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: In this activity, 78 participants attended and the total participants who understood this training concept were as much as 65%. The remaining 35% of new MSME entrepreneurs still did not understand it because they were unfamiliar with an online business. Literasi promotional mix pada UKM-UKM di kota Depok, Jawa Barat Mardiatmi, A. Bernadin Dwi Pinem, Dahlia Marketing performance Literacy promotional mix SME Purpose: SME is a business that has very good development potential. SMEs in Cipayung Urban Village, Depok City, West Java have various and high-quality products, but unfortunately amid the Covid-19 pandemic, promotion is hampered. This is due to the lack of partners' knowledge about online promotion by utilizing digital media. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide literacy about the promotional mix through online media which is expected to increase partner income. Method: The method used is educational FGD regarding the promotional mix, training on creating business social media accounts (WhatsApp and Facebook) and marketplace accounts (Tokopedia), as well as promotion strategy assistance. Result: The result of this community service activity is the partners' understanding of the promotional mix has increased. It can be seen from the pretest results with an average value of 5.98, increasing in the post-test results to 6.86. In addition, partners can carry out promotional practices through WhatsApp Status, create a Facebook account and create an Online Store on Tokopedia, then carry out promotions by posting product photos. Conclusion: Mentoring assistance activities can increase partners' knowledge about online marketing and can carry out practices regarding promotion through social media. The method in PKM is a lecture method to provide knowledge as well as an understanding of the benefits of the remaining notebook. Method: The team also uses experimental methods by conducting experiments to provide various examples in processing leftover notebooks into new notebooks by considering design aspects. Results: These community service results are 1) Students gain experience on how to process leftover notebooks into new notebooks, 2) Students can innovate in making leftover notebooks with their creative ideas. Conclusion: The conclusion from the implementation of PKM is that overall, there is an increase in students' understanding and knowledge in processing leftover notebooks into new notebooks. Methods: The methods implemented were lectures and direct practice of making fish diets. Pearson square method was used for the feed formulation. Results: The output of this dedication activity increased the knowledge and expertise of fish farmers to make fish feed independently so that farmers can save operational costs in farming activities. Conclusions: This activity was attended by 10 participants and all participants could understand the concept of the training and be able to make artificial fish feed independently. Method: 5 steps were carried out in this activity; determining the location, determining a suitable place for the construction of a sugar factory, determining suitable business units, training on appropriate technology and brown sugar factory assembly and how to influence it & training on making units business ventures and marketing results, and sustainability evaluation of the program. Results: Processing raw sugarcane into brown sugar allows partners to directly improve their economic conditions by converting sugarcane into semi-finished products, namely brown sugar that is ready to sell to the industry, especially the soy sauce industry. Conclusion: The processing of raw sugarcane into brown sugar can directly improve its economic condition by converting sugarcane into semi-finished products. And there are several factors that inhibit or tighten the manufacture of brown sugar. The right and accurate cost of goods manufactured can provide the right information for decision-makers. Kelurahan Tanjung Raya is one of the sub-districts located in the subdistrict of peace. One form of a business carried out by the home industry is the chips business. The chip business is one of the businesses that can help the family economy. This PkM partner is the Dasawisama Women chip business group in the Tanjung Raya sub-district, RT 015. The main problem of partners is that they are still biased in calculating the cost of goods manufactured, while the production cost is an essential component in determining the selling price. The PkM method provided is in the form of training and mentoring. As the results of this activity, the respondent welcomed this activity with a positive response and increased understanding of the respondents in comparing the cost of goods manufactured with the conventional method and the ABC method. The purpose of this study was to increase the skill and the knowledge of participants. Method: The activities carried out were training and accompaniment. Results: Respondents welcomed this activity with a positive response and increased respondent understanding in comparing the cost of goods manufactured comparisons with the conventional method and the ABC method. Conclusion: This activity has a positive impact on increasing the skills and income of the participant group. Based on statistical data, the majority of jobs in this sub-district are laborers, of course, this is sad when the location is strategic for conducting business activities, but not many people have used it. The weakness experienced by these residents is the lack of skills so that to overcome this the PkM team took the initiative to carry out activities to increase the skills and income of participant, Tanjung Raya Village in the field of handicraft processing of used goods, especially used cooking oil. This activity is specifically aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of participants. Method: This PkM activity collaborates with the Nabbay Hanggum community who act as a resource for this activity. Results: The result of this activity is an increase in the skills of the participants so that it can be concluded that this activity has a positive impact. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. Kewirausahaan produk olahan susu dan durian untuk pengembangan ekonomi kreatif desa Wonomerto Jombang Khoiroh, Siti Muhimatul Herlina, Herlina Romadhan, Mohammad Insan Product innovation Milk Durian Packaging Marketing Purpose: Wonomerto Village is a durian and milk-producing village; besides, the majority of the people work as rice farmers. Durian and milk are a side business that is used as additional income during the waiting period for harvest. The price is quite low than the price of durian or milk in cities. This is a problem for the government who wants to raise the village's natural products as a potential business to support the tourism program of the City of Jombang. Method: A 4-stage work program was compiled to solve the problems of Wonomerto Village partners, namely socialization, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The implementation of partnerships in the field of entrepreneurship in the form of processing milk production, durian, as well as online packaging and marketing techniques by utilizing a mini studio made from affordable materials to penetrate the online market. Results: The results of this training program are that the community is able to make various processed products with added value, such as milk candy, fresh milk variants, durian pies, and durian milk cakes with attractive packaging to be marketed in various tourist attractions in Jombang. Conclusions: This training has a positive impact in increasing understanding of innovation and technology by 70% as well as interest in innovation for increasing the existence of the creative industry in Wonomerto Village. Supriatna, Iman Abadi, Agung Setia Catfish Ovulation Spawning Purpose: This community service aimed to improve skills and provide knowledge about catfish artificial spawning techniques in aquaculture at Salak village. Method: The activity was carried out with an interactive method, preceded by a survey of aquaculture location, material provision, accompanied by questions and answers as a problem solver related to catfish artificial spawning techniques and direct practical assistance on artificial spawning techniques. Result: Artificial spawning techniques of catfish result in a faster ovulation process, namely hatching occurs within 18-24 hours so that the availability of seeds is always fulfilled.        Conclusions: Training on artificial spawning techniques of catfish provides knowledge to the farmer community about producing catfish seeds quickly to meet consumer demand. Pendampingan waste management Koperasi Melati Jaya dalam mendukung kota berkelanjutan Prayitno, Hadi Lestari, Rahayu Hardilla, Dini Hesti, Hesti Salsabillah, Angelia Eka Alam, Deno Ratu Khairudin, Rizal Garbage Women Cooperatives SDGs Purpose: This study aimed to increase the knowledge and ability of Koperasi Melati Jaya's waste management. Waste management capabilities can reduce the volume of waste to the landfill. Method: The program began the dissemination of commitment to waste management to contribute to SDGs achievement, assistance in manufacturing verticulture, hydroponics, eco-bricks, garden architects, and utilizing waste. Evaluation was carried out to improve the waste management program. Results: Through this program, more than 70% of the cooperative's members manage waste using the 7R principle. Knowledge, attitudes, and abilities in recycling waste into hydroponics, verticulture, and eco-bricks have increased. The conversion of waste into valuable products indirectly contributes to reducing the volume of waste from TPA Bakung. The income of cooperative members and the fact that fresh vegetables in the city of Bandar Lampung have increased. Conclusions: The consistency program can bring Sukamenanti Baru close to zero waste so that it becomes a livable village. Indirectly, it supports the achievement of SDGs in Bandar Lampung City. Model pendampingan manajemen masjid ramah anak dan aman Covid-19 di Masjid Al-Musthofa Dusun Jaten, Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman Atmaja, Fajar Fandi Yusuf, Syaifulloh Mosque management Child-friendly Covid-19 safe Educational character Purpose: This community service aimed to strengthen human resources for takmir (mosque manager), mosque youth, parents, and the community in implementing a child-friendly and Covid-19 safe mosque management system. Method: The method used in this community event was Focus Group Discussion, training, and practice. These three methods were used to accommodate the community services. Results: The results of this community service show that the participants understand, know, and use the facilities wisely which established the child-friendly and Covid-19 safe mosque management system. Conclusions: This service is strengthening the human resources of takmirs, mosque youth, parents and the community. The activities carried out are training for mosque management, training for TPA teachers, establishing a children's reading corner, installing Wifi, and establishing a child-friendly and safe Covid-19 mosque organization board. Limas is one of the most famous houses among the traditional houses found in Palembang, famous for the patterns, shapes, and density of the art of carving in them along with the sparkling gold perado paint, which means glory and arrangement. Methods: The methods applied were lectures, direct practice, and interviews. Result: The role of government, students and students is crucial in preserving the historical value of the customs of the local community. Pelatihan Manajemen Komunikasi pada Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Meningkatkan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dwinarko, Dwinarko Sulistyanto, Ari Widodo, Aan Mujab, Saeful Community empowerment Training Communication management Purpose: The ability in planning communication, organizing messages, implementing and supervising members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) is needed so that they are able to build synergies with the community and village heads for village development in Subang Regency. Method: To improve this ability, communication management training activities were carried out. The method was carried out through lectures and discussions.  Results: The results obtained were an increase in positive understanding related to communication management carried out in community empowerment and the satisfaction with the material presented. This is indicated by 92.3%, that the material presented provides benefits and new understanding in community empowerment. Conclusions: Through this training activity, members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) are able to improve their abilities in planning communication and organizing messages in carrying out their duties as BPD members in the implementation and supervision of village development. Pelatihan Zoom Meetings dan Streaming Youtube untuk Pengembangan Komunitas Ngaji Online Romli, Nada Arina Safitri, Dini Nurpratiwi, Suci Hakim, Lukman Zoom Youtube Streaming Islamic Learning Online Purpose: This community service aims to improve skills and provide knowledge for majelis taklim members about using Zoom meeting for the virtual event and broadcasting virtual events through Youtube streaming service in Malaka Jaya District, Jakarta City. Method: This community service applied an interactive method with survey location, finding community problems with interview methods and training methods to provide knowledge and improve the majelis taklim community of Malaka Jaya District, Jakarta City. Results: Organizing online meetings with Zoom meetings can provide solutions to majelis taklim community during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the implementation of studies can still be held without face-to-face. It supports government movements to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. In addition, broadcasting a study event by streaming on a Youtube channel can have a broad impact on the general public.  Conclusion: Training on Zoom meetings and Youtube streaming can develop a wider online islamic learning community. Results: As a result of this activity, participants have gained new skills such as a better understanding of how they create creative content. Not only that, but they also know about ethics in social media. Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai-Nilai Islam pada Siswa SMA LPP UMI Makassar Ashoer, Muhammad Fadhil, Muhammad Basalamah, Jafar Ramdhani, Muh. Reza Leadership Islam Management Students Makassar Purpose: The increase in issues among high school students tends to form their character (unproductively) negatively, and a lack of understanding of religion and leadership is suspected to be contributing. In response to this phenomenon, this program aimed to deliver a leadership development program based on Islamic values to the management of LPP UMI Makassar’s OSIS board. Research Methodology: This internal community service method combines lecture, discussion, and evaluation approaches to achieve the best results. The evaluation technique is collected through questionnaires covering elements pertaining to Islamic leadership based on Nabi Muhammad SAW. This questionnaire was then issued to ascertain their level of comprehension of the material presented. This program attracted 27 students, representing 81.8 percent of the total student council board of SMA LPP UMI, Makassar. Results: The program’s findings indicated that participants better understood the concepts and attributes of leadership in the Islamic paradigm. In addition, the results also showed that the dimension of Sidiq’s character (honesty) has the highest average score (4.48), meaning that the students of LPP UMI Makassar consider honesty as the most important thing that leaders must have in the concept of Islam. Conclusion: This outcome is designed to instill an Islamic leadership attitude in SMA UMI’s student council students, enabling them to contribute positively to Indonesia in the future. Penguatan Kapasitas Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga di Desa Kerinjing Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Maulana, Ahmad Novalia, Nurkardina Wijaya, Wahyu Aji Empowerment Housewives TOGA Family Welfare Purpose: The Community Service Program (PKM) is located in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The targeted target audiences are housewives in the village. This activity aims to: (1) socialize the potential benefits of family medicinal plants (TOGA) as healthy drinks that can increase income, (2) socialize the correct way of planting family medicinal plants so that the quality is better, arousing the motivation of the target community to develop family medicinal plat processing. Method: The methods applied in this training include counseling on several theories that support the potential and composition of family medicinal plants, how to plant and process medicinal plants into various beverage processed products, suitable packaging methods, practice, and assistance. Community service activities are carried out through lectures and demonstrations. Results: The output produced from this activity include: (1) increased knowledge and skills of housewives regarding the use and processing of family medicinal plants, (2) increased knowledge of how to plant and pack good products, and (3) increased motivation for developing a business to use family medicinal plants.  Conclusions: After the activity, there is an increase in knowledge and skills to develop a business to use family medicinal plants, their potential, and how to process them into healthy drink products, as well as proper packaging methods. In addition, this activity also increases the motivation of housewives who are participants to develop businesses in the field of beverage products based on family medicinal plants. Research Methodology: The method used in this PKM is in the form of outreach activities, counseling, training, and assistance in waste management and maggot caterpillar cultivation. Results: The result of this activity is the formation of environmentally conscious volunteers who can manage waste and cultivate maggot caterpillars in an organized, creative, and innovative manner using digital technology in their marketing Conclusions: The conclusion from the implementation of this activity is that there is a change in community behavior in managing household waste into something that is worth selling. The cadre of environmentally conscious volunteers is a community engaged in waste entrepreneurship as an effort to create an education center for waste management. Pelatihan Penyusunan Best Practice dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Guru SMP-SMA Retnosasi , Ira Eko Indrayanti, Tri Pramujiono, Agung Supriyanto, Henricus Educators Classroom Action Research Best practice Purpose: The objectives of implementing community service include providing insight to teachers about best practice writing and providing best practice writing training. Method: The method used is field observation. The target in community service is junior-high school educators in Waru Sidoarjo district. These activities are carried out in the form of training activities, teaching, discussions, and research writing practices. Results: The training that has been carried out on middle-high school educators, namely (a) educators respond well to training in the PPM program, (b) educators have the motivation to improve in making scientific papers, (c) variety of scientific language is a common material in Indonesian language lessons so that educators are active in participating in training, (d) the teachers have a fairly good understanding in writing scientific papers, and (e) the educators respond well to aspects of the implementation of activities, aspects of the presenters, and aspects as a whole. Then, the final results show that from 44 participants, quantitatively that 30 participants have finished writing a best practice writing report, and only 14 participants still needed improvement. Conclusions: Through community service, teachers are able to make research through best practice. Although, there are some teachers who need revision related to the research content. Method: The three-step method used is that the first is preparation to identify the potential resources and the societies’ readiness to accept the community service in terms of Tourism Village development, the second is to conduct training and coaching, and then followed by monitoring and evaluation. Results: The results show that the knowledge, spirit and motivation, and understanding insights in developing Tourism Village increase after getting the training and coaching programs. Conclusions: Tourism Village in “Pulau Legundi” Village is very important to be developed to increase the prosperity of the society by creating the tourism attractions, providing information technology infrastructure and strengthening the motivation of the village governor by relevant government role, continuing training and coaching programs to improve the competence of the Tourism Village entrepreneurs, and implementing marketing communication through marketing digital content that is disseminated in the internet and social media. Pelatihan Manajemen Kepengawasan Koperasi bagi Pengawas Koperasi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Susanto, Yohanes Marnisah, Luis Cooperative Training Performance supervisor Purpose: This community service aims to provide knowledge and skills to cooperative supervisors. Research Methodology: In this service, we provided cooperative management materials, knowledge, and understanding to cooperative supervisors on their obligations and rights as cooperative supervisors using lecture, practice, and discussion methods. The understanding of the material was measured using a questionnaire before and after giving the material. Results: The results of the training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of cooperative supervisors, can increase the knowledge and understanding of cooperative supervisors in carrying out their main duties and functions as supervisors Conclusion: The implementation of this service, especially in fostering cooperative supervisors, is very useful. This is indicated by the results of the pre-test and post-test of the participants showing significant results. The supporting factors are the facilities for carrying out activities provided by the organizers and the inhibiting factor is that some of the participants do not have an economic background knowledge so it is quite difficult for them to understand cooperative finance. Method: The method used when carrying out this service activity is the lecture method and direct practice. Both provide material introduction to theory and direct practice of using Google Classroom and Google Form for both teachers and employees. Results: From this service activity in the form of providing material and direct practice, both teachers and employees who tried Google Classroom and Google Form got good results. Teachers and employees understand the use of online media in the form of Google Classroom And Google Form. Praktik Baik Manajemen Menuju Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Mandiri dan Produktif di Kampung Bulak Timur, Kelurahan Cipayung, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat Dwi Mardiatmi, Bernadin Nopiyanti, Anita Resti, Anggi Angga MSMEs Education Literacy Management Performance Purpose: to provide education to MSME business actors on good management practices in managing and determine MSME management models that can realize good management practices as an effort to improve MSME management performance. This management model contains aspects of company management, namely marketing management, production management, financial management, and human resource management. Method: The method used is to provide education and literacy about good managerial practices. The material provided includes general management and human resources, production management, financial management, and marketing management. In measuring the level of understanding of participants before giving the material and filling out the post-test after the material is given. In addition, questionnaires were filled out to develop participants' understanding of good management practices using analytical indexes. Results: The result of this study is an increase in understanding of management practices as seen from the increase in the average pre-test of 5.56, increasing in the post-test to 7.31. MSMEs actors understand the material provided on general management and human resources, production management, financial management, and marketing management. Based on the index analysis, the participants' level of understanding of the material on human resource management, marketing management, production management, and financial management is in the high category. Conclusions: Educational and literacy activities about good management practices can increase partners' knowledge about aspects of business management and can put this knowledge into practice in business progress. Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah untuk Pengembangan Profesi Guru di Jakarta Timur Nurpratiwi, Suci Amaliyah, Amaliyah scientific paper teacher professionalism Purpose: The specific objective to be achieved in this service activity is to improve the abilities and skills of PAI teachers to write scientific papers. Research methodology: The method used to implement community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through dialogue, discussion, and question and answer, as well as mentoring at several stages of meetings for participants. Results: Assistance activities in creating scientific work for teachers are very much needed, especially for PAI teachers. This is based on the need for promotion/position and fulfillment of requirements as a professional teacher. Some of the obstacles teachers face in creating scientific work are limited time at school for teaching and other administrative tasks. The obstacle in implementing community service activities is that teachers still have difficulty writing written work because they are still not used to it, so there are not many scientific works that can be submitted to scientific journals. Limitation: Mengedepankan tema-tema tertentu dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, seperti penelitian pendidikan, inovasi pengajaran, atau studi kasus di lingkungan sekolah. Contribution: Assistance in writing scientific papers for teachers at MGMP PAI at the high school level in East Jakarta can be concluded as successful. All participants gave positive responses with the largest percentage, namely that service activities provided additional knowledge related to the preparation of scientific articles for teachers. The participants suggested that the activities could be carried out on an ongoing basis so that participants could improve their competence in teaching, research, and writing. Pemberdayaan Peningkatan Kapasitas Wirausaha Desa Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Rencana Bisnis Maulana, Ahmad Novalia, Nurkardina Rosa, Aslamia Yunita, Dessi Capacity Building Village Entrepreneur Business Planning Purpose:  SMEs in Kerinjing Village are faced with the problem of lack of financing and guidance. Efforts are needed tp strengthen these SMEs in facing competition by providing entrepreneurial knowledge sucj as business ethics, handling customer amplaints, and financial management. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of small business actors in Kerinjing Village. The activities carried out are in the form of business planning training that is beneficial for their business development. Method: The method used in this community service activity is counseling and training. Results: the results of this community service activity are: (1) providing and increasing knowledge about business plan training for SMEs.  (2) Increasing interest and desire in entrepreneurship, and (3) providing a forum for distributing products made from community crafts Conclusions: after the activity is carried out, the community gains knowledge, insight and understands the benefits of business planning training. Haerdiansyah Bahan baku dari ikan Pengolahan produk Purpose: The aim of designing this PkM is to increase and develop the potential and economic capacity of the community, particularly in the villages that have received assistance from the Universitas Muslim Indonesia, to improve the overall well-being of the community. It is necessary to achieve business independence while also opening up new employment opportunities for the family economy to undergo fundamental transformations. Another objective is to increase income and improve the well-being of rural communities during the period of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic's economic impact. Method: The method is carried out by providing socialization to housewives who are members of the Family Empowerment group of partner villages, processing assistance to making products made from fresh fish produced from natural resources in Desa Padingging, Kabupaten Takalar. Results: The products are widely distributed, both in grocery stores backed by BUMDes and in traditional markets, as well as in the process of entering the Makassar souvenir shops that are characteristic of the city. Conclusions: To promote the use of natural resources in Takalar Regency, which is rich in natural resources and particularly abundant in fresh fish, socialization activities relating to their utilization have been carried out. This is done to maximize the economic potential currently available for the production of superior processed fish products. As a result of the activities that have been carried out, it is expected that housewives and partner villages supported by Universitas Muslim Indonesia will be able to earn a living independently. Workshop Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital bagi Guru SD di Kota Kulon Kabupaten Garut Fanaqi, Chotijah Mahar Faiza, Jilani Fadhilah, Muhammad Ilham Fauziah, Dina Digital-Based Learning Management E- learning Purpose: Digital-based learning management workshop is the existence of new knowledge that can be applied by teachers during the learning process with their students, especially making questions or quizzes using Google Classroom and Google Forms. The subjects of this workshop are the teachers of the State Elementary School 1 Kota Kulon, Garut Kota. Method: A digital-based learning workshop with 2 sessions, namely the presentation of material and the practice of using digital media. Results: Online learning workshops that have been organized by the Garut University Service Team provide new understanding and skills to SDN 1 Kulon City teachers in using various digital platforms that can support the learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. The drawback of this activity is the limited facilities and infrastructure available owned by teachers to support digital-based learning, as there are still few teachers who have laptops or computers to support learning. Contribution: of this activity is to support schools to encourage the ability of educators to carry out digital-based learning, especially during the pandemic of COVID-19. Pengembangan Citra Merek sebagai Identitas Merek “Arak Besan” dalam Menghadapi Kompetitor Subawa, Nyoman Sri Widhiasthini, Ni Wayan Permatasari, Ni Putu Intan Wisudawati, Ni Nyoman Sri Brand Image; Brand Identity; Competitors; Beverage Product “Arak”; Purpose: provide training and understanding of the importance of brands in product development and marketing. Method: Training and counseling for "Arak" beverage craftsmen, on a scheduled and programmed basis in Besan Village, as one of the "Arak" beverages producing villages. Result: The community and the "Arak" beverage craftsmen, have understood the importance of brands in marketing and distributing products as product identities and are able to compete with competitors, producers of similar products. Limitation: Limitations in cost and scope of training are limited to one village, so counseling and training are needed for "Arak" drink craftsmen in other villages. Education needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis. Contribution: This form of training, mentoring, and counseling provides benefits to the craftsmen and the “Arak” beverage community, the importance of brands in facing competition in the beverage business. Oktaviani, Ayu Aulia Basic Accounting Community Service Income Statement MSME KOMPETeN The purpose: The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to improve understanding and ability of the Basic Accounting Competencies starting from the accounting cycle to financial reporting for MSME. Method: This PKM activity is carried out using the tutorial method and discussion on the concept of Basic Accounting covering the accounting cycle to financial statements. The target of these trainees is Komunitas Perempuan Tangguh Nasional (KOMPETeN), which is a community forum for housewives who have entrepreneurs, with the aim of helping to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, strengthening the role of women in MSMEs, opening access to permits and training to develop MSMEs, open access to global marketing, and create synergies among fellow members and members with other parties.. The implementation of this training activity is intended to increase the participation of the Program Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan FEB Usakti in helping to improve human resource competence, especially for Komunitas Perempuan Tangguh Nasional (KOMPETeN) in Indonesia. This activity was carried out on March 16, 2021 online through Zoom Meeting. Results: Based on the evaluation, after following this PKM (1) The participants understand the basic accounting and basic transactions for MSMEs; (2) Participants can understand the financial statement especially income statement for MSMEs; and (3) The participants can prepare the income statement for MSMEs. Conclusions: There are improvements of MSME entrepreneurs’ competence in terms of the Basic Accounting for Komunitas Perempuan Tangguh Nasional (KOMPETeN). Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa sebagai Sentra Produk Pangan Berbasis Jagung dan Mete Abidin, Zainal Harini, Titik Sri Jati, Hironnymus Jutomo, Lewi Puspitaningtyas, Gabriella Dhyang Dyah Wanno, Sarniyati Wini Tamelab, Matris Awardi Sanan, Jefrianus Toy Beti, Meki Jefry Community empowerment economy VOE Technology food processing corn cashew organization management Purpose: To increase the knowledge and skills of partners in corn and cashew-based food processing and knowledge of distribution permits, improve the quality and selling value of products using Appropriate Technology, organize the organization and management of food processing, and assess the role of Village-Owned Enterprise (VOE) in community empowerment. Method: Solving partner problems are replacing manual equipment with appropriate technology, counseling, training, assistance in processing corn and cashews, improving organization and management, and assisting in managing distribution permits. The target of the activity is the partner farmer group of the food processing business unit of the Sillu Raya VOE. Results: Achieved were an increase in knowledge about the importance and management of distribution permits, more effective and efficient processed food production processes, mastery of appropriate technology, halal-certified and labeled products, improved structure and management of food processing business units, Sillu Raya VOE have not play an effective role in empowering the community's economy. The knowledge and skills of partners increase, partners master appropriate technology and the selling value of marning corn and various processed cashew nuts increases. Assistance will be by seeking food safety education with resource persons from the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency of East Nusa Tenggara as a condition of obtaining a distribution permit for market expansion. Contribution: To increasing the knowledge and skills of the community so that they are independent in food processing in order to increase the added value of the products produced. Edukasi Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Teknologi Finansial (Fintech) kepada Masyarakat Desa Kapita, Kabupaten Jeneponto, Sulawesi Selatan Ashoer, Muhammad Purnama, Hukma Ratu Nasir, Munawir Bahari, A. Faisal Pramukti, Andika Education Aplikasi Fintech Community service Kapita village Purpose: Financial technology (financial technology – fintech) is a breakthrough that connects directly between the financial sector and the general public. However, the understanding of fintech concepts and practices in rural areas is still under-explored. To solve this, this educational and service community activity aims to uncover the views and mindsets of rural communities on the urgency of using fintech applications in everyday life. Method: The selected target participants were the people of Kapita village, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi, totaling 55 people. The method of implementation is carried out by describing the content and practices of Fintech with the lecture teaching. Next, simulate the use of one of the fintech applications directly via a smartphone. Finally, the evaluation is carried out with a questionnaire to measure the level of understanding and interest in people's behavior towards Fintech. Result: The results showed that the participants fintech understanding had not yet reached the specified target, but their interest and desire for the use of fintech in the future was very high. This could be a golden opportunity for the stakeholder to develop and maximize the early intention of the rural financial behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that this program was conducted succesfully and already fulfilled the planned goal. In the future, we also hope that this Fintech educational project could be an essential resource to stimulate the intention and attitude of the Kapita village community towards the development of financial technology use in Indonesia. Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris melalui Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung Suningsih, Sri Putri, Lidya Ayuni Putri, Resha Moniyana Sembiring, Sari Indah Oktanti TOEFL Training Listening Structure and Written Expression Reading Purpose: This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and insight to students regarding strategies for dealing with questions in the TOEFL so that they can prepare for the real TOEFL test. The mastery of English skills especially TOEFL needs to be carried out as the alternative solution for students in preparing for graduation and working. Method: The methods used in this activity are training, coaching, monitoring, and evaluation. Results: This activity has achieved the expected goal of increasing students' knowledge and insight regarding the fast and appropriate way that can be applied in answering TOEFL questions. Conclusions: Based on tutorial observations for approximately 3 months of participating in TOEFL training, it shows that students' understanding in mastering the TOEFL material increased quite significantly. Peningkatan Literasi Teknologi Informasi Bagi Perangkat Kelurahan di Lingkungan Kecamatan Ilir Barat Dua Kota Palembang Santati, Parama Saftiana, Yulia Mavillinda, Hera Febria Ghasarma, Reza Information technology literacy training employee performance Purpose: to improve information technology literacy of employees in Ilir Barat Dua Subdistrict, Palembang City, especially regarding the use of software applications supporting office administration especially word processing, data processing, and presentation applications in order to improve employee performance. Method: The training was carried out face-to-face, in the form of demonstrations on how to use the menus in each application, questions/answers, and practice using application programs. The target of this activity was the village apparatus in the Ilir Barat Dua District, Palembang City, as many as 36 people. The training was carried out in the Computer Laboratory managed by the Quantitative and Qualitative Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. Results: After participating in this training, participants realized that this training contributed to improving their skills in using computer applications. Limitations: this activity only covers the use of office administration applications. Other materials should also be given, such as how to find data on the Internet Contribution: after participating in this training, the skills of employees have increased in using of computer applications to support office administration, so that they can contribute to improving employee performance. Method: The method in this activity is a lecture followed by a discussion and simulation of calculating the cost of the product. The target audience is the manager of the Waste Bank. Results: The results of service activities increase the understanding of Waste Bank managers in calculating the cost of production, determining the selling price, and calculating the profit or loss on product sales. Conclusion: The initial survey shows that many waste bank managers do not understand how to calculate product cost, selling price, and profit/loss. With this activity, there is an increase in the understanding of waste bank managers in determining the selling price of their products. Method: The method used in this community service is Focus Group Discussion, consultation, and practice. Result: Community empowerment about digital marketing has been able to provide knowledge and practices related to online marketing innovations for SMEs, so that it can become a discourse for SMEs to sell their products online. SMEs know the benefits and are able to apply several techniques and supporting tools in digital marketing and understand the concepts of Islamic economics. The artifacts produced from this community service are in the form of social media accounts that are in accordance with digital marketing principles. Conclusion: The synergy framework between SMEs and a supporting team consisting of young people who are active in mosques, is important, because SMEs will be more optimal in utilizing digital marketing in selling online. The program carried out with the Takmir institution has a positive impact as a solution to the problems of SMEs during the pandemic. Method: The method used in this service is conducting training / counseling and mentoring through monologues and also dialogues for MSME owners in Kerinjing Village. Participants who follow are all MSME owners in Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir. including the business of convection, culinary, souvenirs and stalls. The Hesamuddin University team design a business website with PHP, Java Script, CSS language using Visual Studio Code software. The existence of SMEs plays a major role in increasing the progress of a business wheel in Indonesia. As the driving force of the economy, SMEs must manage their finances well. Good financial management can be seen from how SMEs can plan business activities and control business activities properly. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the application of science and technology in the Asyik Suka SME Community for the application of methods for managing business finances and the use of financial applications. Method: One of the methods used to manage finances well is to use Kakeibo. Kakeibo is a way of managing finances introduced by the Japanese. The media used in Kakeibo are envelopes and notes related to financial planning. Service activities will be carried out with the UKM Asyik Suka Community in Palembang City. In addition to using Kakeibo, service activities are also supported by the use of the SME Accounting Application. The SME Accounting Application is used to facilitate business activities by entering information related to SME finance. The method of service activities is carried out using lecture media and the practice of using Kakeibo and UKM Accounting Applications. Results: Based on the results of the questionnaire graph that the participants are in the 70-80% interval, it means that this service activity has a positive impact on increasing the application of science and technology to the participants. Conclusion: The service activities that have been carried out at the home of the Chairperson of the Asyik Suka MSME Community, namely Mrs. Yeni Rozak and the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME activity, totaling 11 MSME owners, from the discussion of material and direct practice to the participants of the Asyik Suka MSME Community service were greatly helped and increased knowledge about the use of technology to help businesses, especially in the use of MSME Accounting Application technology. Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Terhadap Wirausaha UMKM di Tegal Alur, Jakarta Barat Oktaviani, Ayu Herawaty, Vinola businessman Community Service Financial report MSMEs Purpose: To improve financial management in entrepreneurship for MSME entrepreneurs, especially in the preparation of financial reports (covering the meaning, objectives, benefits, types, and components in financial reports) and to increase and understanding of knowledge in preparing financial reports. Method: The method used are counselling and training about preparing the financial reports for MSME entrepreneurs located in the Tegal Alur Village area. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University with MSMEs in the Tegal Alur Village Area, Kalideres District, West Jakarta. Result: This training has been carried out well and successfully on April 14, 2022 via online. The results achieved by the participants are: (1) Participants have understood the importance of business financial reports and their benefits, (2) Participants have understood with the components in each financial report, and (3) Participants have known examples of good financial reports. Conclusion: Although most of the participants have made financial reports, so far they are not sure whether their reports are in accordance with applicable accounting rules and reporting standards. The resulting financial reports are still limited to reports showing the profit or loss of business activities. Participants still need guidance and assistance in preparing financial reports, especially statements of financial position and notes to financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM. Peran Bumdes dalam Pembangunan Pariwisata Berkualitas dan Berkelanjutan di Lereng Sumbing, Desa Temanggung, Kecamatan Kaliangkrik, Kabupaten Magelang Muhamad, Muhamad Budiani, Sri Rahayu Chamidah, Nurul Kardiyati, Endah Nurhawaeny Adjie, Mardiyanto Role of BUMDes Quality Tourism Sustainable Tourism Purpose: The most important objective in this study is to understand the role of Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in strengthening innovations developed by rural communities.  The presence of BUMDes is the right of the village in giving authority to the village government to innovate in village development, especially in terms of improving the village economy and welfare for rural communities in the development of quality and sustainable tourism. Method: The study method developed is qualitative descriptive research method that utilizes qualitative data which is often used to analyze events, phenomena, or social conditions. Results: The results of the study show that the support of Bumdes plays a role in increasing sustainable tourism development, one of which is in the form of preparing documents for assisting sustainable tourism development. One of the supports from BUMDes takes form as efforts to collaborate with elements of universities and local governments as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Limitation: The limited time for the implementation of the service is very short, namely 6 months. The purpose of community service, namely the introduction of hybrid pico-hydro, is used for street lights, around the neighborhood.  Method: This community service, utilizing irrigation flows to create a small-scale power generation system is named (pico-hydro). To increase the output power capacity, a hybrid system is made, namely picohydro (Ph) and solar panels so that charging the battery is faster so that the power is greater.  Limitation: The picohydro generator, equipped with a water canals, aims to raise the water level and focus the flow into the mill. Result: The test results on pico-hydro generate a voltage on a DC generator of 13.2V and a current of 2.3A. While the solar panel generates an output voltage of 13.43V and a current of 2.23A.  Contribution: The conclusion is that the higher the rotation of the waterwheel, the voltage and current of the generator will follow up. As well as  solar panels the getting hotter,  the sun's light increases, the voltage and current increase. This is constrained because the village document processing field in Adipuro is still done manually and in computer skills in the range of 40%. Therefore, training is needed to improve the skills of village officials in Adipuro, especially Microsoft Office. With the hope that the device acquires knowledge in supporting its work and activities, to facilitate its work in managing village administration, and can convey its knowledge to the community in its environment. Methodology: The method used is the lecture method, practicum and mentoring regarding the use of Microsoft Office, it is hoped that after conducting the training, village officials can operate computers and use Microsoft Office well. Result: From the results of Community Service that has been carried out by the entire team, both lecturers and students with the title Microsoft Office Training for Adipuro Kaliangkrik Village Devices to Improve Community Services, it went smoothly and successfully with a range of 80%. Method: Methods of instruction, guidance, and assessment are employed in this operation. Results: The findings of this program provide a process that is carried out by a person in managing activities carried out by individuals or groups. The system or management must be carried out to meet the targets to be achieved by the individual or group in a collaboration by optimizing existing resources. Conclusions: The service activity of mentoring BUMDes Alam Sentosa in Kurungan Nyawa Village went well and offered a stimulus in the form of motivation for BUMDes Alam Sentosa in carrying out its businesses, both those that were carried out and those that were not. Pembuatan Pakan Ikan bagi Kelompok Tani Desa Wangen Lamongan Guna Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Kemandirian Budidaya Ikan Sutrisno, Eko Sandra, Lovi Muslimin, Mohammad Ramli, Ramli Ahmad, Nuril Ifadah, Raida Amelia Fish feed Farmer Group Pond Farmers Purpose: The majority of Wangen Village residents make a living as pond farmers. Cultivation carried out are vannamei shrimp, milkfish, sombro, carp and mujair. The obstacle faced by the residents of Wangen Village is the high price of fish seeds and feed, thereby reducing profits and even many who experience losses due to changes in weather or bacterial attacks in ponds. In order to reduce dependence on fish feed from manufacturers, training activities for making fish feed are needed so as to reduce production costs Methodology: The community dedication was carried out in Wangen Village, Glagah Lamongan District with 28 participants on Saturday 18 June 2022. The implementation of community service was carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning stage includes coordination between the team and the village as well as the provision of materials and the readiness of fish feed processing practices. Implementation includes the provision of material, discussion and practice of the process of making fish feed. The evaluation stage includes reviewing the activities of the fish feed manufacturing process, providing input and directing activities that can be carried out further in order to increase production. Results: Service activities start from the preparation of activities to the implementation of activities. In the preparation of the activity, the team ensured that there were practical materials for making fish feed imported from Malang. Before practicing, the team first explained the importance of fish farming in ponds. To obtain the desired results of fish cultivation, the team also provides knowledge about making fish feed to the participants of service activities. In the discussion of making fish feed, the servant conveyed about the stages in the process of making fish feed such as the flouring process, weighing ingredients, mixing, molding and drying pellets. Farmers in Wangen Village tend to like the use of floating fish feed because the fish will be visible when taking the distributed feed. Conclusion: Service activities have a positive impact on training participants. Participants know that good fish feed is not because it is expensive, but because of the content and nutritional needs needed by fish for the growth process. The process of feeding in ponds is not arbitrary, but one must know about the age of the fish, the state of the water and the environment of the pond, not from giving too much food and the fish mill grow bigger faster With the cooperation between farmer groups and BUMDES in the  production and sales process, training on packaging manufacture, permit management and sales and administration systems. The reason why it has already done because village-owned enterprises are business entities formed with the aim of improving the welfare of the community. Therefore, it is necessary to develop innovative products so that this can become other sources of business income. The resources that can be used and easier to get is cooking oil waste. However, many people do not know the waste treatment technique so as to produce products that have economic value. Method: This service activity uses several techniques. The initial stage that the team did was conducting a pre-survey. After that, the team did socialization about the plan to government in this village. The next stage is training. At this stage, the team used a persuasive approach, namely an invitation about the importance of awareness of the dangers of waste and the economic potential from processing waste into goods of economics value. The last approach is cognitive, namely in the form of training to improve the knowledge and skills of participants. Result: This activity received a positive response from both BUMDes and participants. It is clear that the participant was being enthusiastic toward training activity. Based on the results of the post-test given orally, there was an increase in the participants' cognitive abilities in answering the team's questions. Conclusion: The training activities had had a positive impact on the participants, especially in increasing the participants' cognitive knowledge and skills in processing waste materials and preparing financial reports. The existence of the Telaga Batu Putih village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is expected to be able to improve the village economy to create community welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the role of the Telaga Batu Putih BUMDes was optimal for the welfare of the village community or not. Because BUMDes Margo Guyub has a set of apparatus that have worked fine, but the BUMDes has not optimally marketed its business units. Methodology/approach: This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The place in this study is in the Paguyuban village Kecamatan Way Lima, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Results/findings: The results showed that the Telaga Batu Putih BUMDes has played a role in improving the welfare of the community, but it has not been optimal in its implementation, the factors that become obstacles in running a business are limited human resources, weak managerial capacity and low capital. Conclusion: The government's role is needed to conduct socialization and provide training and assistance to the community regarding the management of the Telaga Batu Putih BUMDes so that it can be carried out properly and professionally. Pelatihan: Evaluasi dan Rekonstruksi Kinerja ASN Pemerintah Kota Kupang Berbasis Sumber Daya Manusia Riwukore, Jefirstson Richset performance human resource evaluation reconstruction Purpose: The provision of community service activities aims to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills to state civil servants related to the ability to evaluate and reconstruct the performance of ASN based on human resources by organizational needs and existing conditions. Methodology/approach: Implementing activities using focus group discussions and workshops with the following stages: (1) surveys to find out partner problems, (2) needs analysis and initial questionnaire distribution using purposive sampling and quota sampling methods; (3) training and design consist of sharing information and materials, training on evaluation techniques, and training on reconstruction techniques; (4) the distribution of the final questionnaire to determine the increase in knowledge of participants' skills related to evaluation and reconstruction methods; and (5) prepare reports. Analysis of human resource-based ASN performance reconstruction using factorial analysis of SPSS vs. 25 Results/findings: The results of evaluating the performance of ASN based on human resources identified 33 dimensions of employee performance based on existing human resources. After being reconstructed into 9 dimensions of ASN performance based on human resources, namely professional, target, credible, teamwork, focus, capability, innovative, infrastructure, and perfectionist. Conclusion: The results of this training show that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of ASN in the Kupang City Government to evaluate and reconstruct the elements of human resource-based performance appraisal and measurement that are in accordance with existing conditions and organizational needs. Many MSME players manage their business without having a basic knowledge or skills about good strategies. MSME actors need to be fostered and accompanied in the preparation of financial statements. So that they can compile financial statements in accordance with applicable standards. MSMEs can communicate their business to stakeholders, not only with regard to products, but also performance reflected in financial statements.  MSMEs need to gain knowledge about adequate financial bookkeeping so that business expenses and income can be monitored accurately. Method: This activity is carried out in the form of training delivered by several methods such as lectures, discussions and mentoring. Result: The main target of this activity is MSME actors in Bojongsari, Depok. After the activity, participants are motivated and eager to get used to recording transactions. By getting used to recording transactions starting from the smallest thing, financial statements can be easily made with proof of transactions and regular recording. On this occasion, not only providing material to MSME actors, but also providing motivation and easy tips for compiling financial reports. Methodology: The implementation of this community service starts from analyzing the problem, then conducting education and socialization as well as providing assistance in the formation of a Waste Bank. Results: The result of this service activity are the formation of the Bank Sampah Hijau Bina Mandiri and its management, and the registration of the Bank Sampah to Main office Bank Sampah Digital a total of 52 members with selected types of saving being money savings, basic necessities saving, sacrificial saving, umroh saving. Weighing of waste is carried out in the second month of this activity with a total of 208 kilograms of waste according to is type with a total income of IDR 384.900. this amount is certainly an additional income for residents from waste management Conclusion: This activity has a positive impact, namely residents have awareness, knowledge and understanding of the impacts arising from improper waste management, and encourage active participation of residents to protect the environment by converting waste that is considered useless into having economic value so that there is an increase in residents' income. Pengenalan Aplikasi Desain Grafis Figma pada Siswa-Siswi Multimedia SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo Wardhanie, Ayouvi Lebdaningrum, Kristin Design Figma UI/UX Workshop Prototype Purpose: This workshop would be led by the students, enhancing their new capability to operate the Figma application to prepare for their future careers in graphic design. Methodology: The method applied to this workshop was divided into three stages, such as preparation, implementation, and report. in the first stage, we identified problems and asked permission from partners regarding the schedule of the workshop and then module creation. In the second stage, we conducted training on the use of the Figma application and consulted, and finally the report stage, we asked for feedback from participants and made publications. Results: Most of the students felt very enthusiastic about learning the Figma application, this can be seen from the questionnaire where out of a total of 23 people, 9 people gave a score of 5 which means they were very satisfied with the workshop held, 9 people gave a score of 4 which means satisfied, 3 people gave a value of 3 which means quite satisfied, and the remaining 2 people stated that they were not satisfied with the material presented Conclusions: Students have gained new knowledge related to the current trend of design applications. Furthermore, they are also very enthusiastic about participating in workshop and being able to apply the material presented. Tree - Lingual : Media Aplikatif untuk Mengajar Trilingual di TK/TPA Al Mu’minun, Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur Rinda, Rizky Sulvika Puspa Nizaora, Ditha Kurnyawaty, Noorma applicable media learning media trilingual tree - lingual TK/TPA Purpose: The aim of this Community Service was to train the participants, whom the teachers of TK/TPA Al Mu’minun, to use the Tree – Lingual teaching media or the Language Tree as well as to facilitate them exploring their skills in developing teaching aids. Research methodology: The method used was training the participants, both teachers and students of the TK/TPA Al Mu’minun using tree – lingual teaching media which the students were able to learn three languages ??at once, namely Indonesian, English, and Arabic by using the trilingual cards which were put inside the character pouches where were attached in the branches and trunks of the Language Tree. Results: From the training activities showed that the students enthusiastically engaged to the training session, especially when they were asked to come in front of the class to choose the pouches on the tree – lingual. The teachers were also excited to practice on how to use the learning media as well as disclosed that they had several ideas on developing the learning media. Conclusions: Through this training, the teachers were also provided with the knowledge about how to create and develop learning media that are not only applicable and innovative, but also brings fun for students. They were also expected to be able to increase productivity in creating educational products to improve the trilingual learning process in their area. Limitations: This Community Service was limited to the use of tree - lingual teaching media for primary level. Grabbag, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Central Java. Research Methodology: The community service team chose activity methods including discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, training to provide technical skills, and evaluation for supervision and assessment to village officials in digitizing village archive files at the village office. Results: The implementation of the service begins with the coordination of the service team to determine the location and time of service. For the first day, it was conducted for the presentation of materials related to the digitization of village archives. On the second day, the practice of managing electronic archives was carried out starting from digitizing documents and storing them digitally. Village officials have improved understanding of differences, manual and electronic archives, knowledge of electronic archives, life cycle of electronic archives, creation of electronic filing systems, practice of making electronic filing systems. Conclusions: Service activities have been carried out well and smoothly so as to provide benefits for village officials. Participants have the understanding and skills related to digital archiving. This training is very useful to help the participants' work in service efforts to the community. Limitations: Activities are limited to only 30 participants. Penerapan Laporan Keuangan Berdasarkan SAK EMKM Berbasis Microsoft Excel pada Kanein Food di Jatirasa, Bekasi Kurniawan, Elan Affar, Muhammad Rianto, Rianto Octaviani, Alvina Dwi SAK EMKM Financial reports Excel Accounting and UMKM Purpose: This study aims to help Kanein Food prepare financial reports based on SAK EMKM using an excel-based system, so that the preparation of financial reports becomes more effective. Method: The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Source of data used in this research is primary data. Result: This study show that the preparation of financial reports prior to implementing the system at Kanein Food was still done manually and the recording was still general in nature. After implementing the system, the preparation of financial reports becomes more administrative and tidy, the preparation of financial reports also saves time because the results of financial reports appear automatically. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness of the system, the test produces an average value of 8 which means it is effective. It can be concluded that this system makes the preparation of financial reports at Kanein Food more effective and efficient. Limitation: Tthe number of respondents is only business owners and one employee who are both trained objects until they are proficient in operating the Microsoft Excel financial reporting application with contributions between the assistant and the mentor experiencing positive benefits in applying the Excel accounting software and can be sustainable. Purpose: This community service activity aims at preparing students to utilize technological developments that are used to improve business promotion at SMK Ma Arif Banyumas through the role of augmented reality and mobile marketing. Research Methodology: This mentoring process is carried out by socializing the use of digital technology as a medium for business promotion. The target of this community service is 12th-grade students of SMK Ma Arif Banyumas, with specifications majoring in Office Management and Business Services. Results: The result of this community service is to educate and provide solutions for students in developing businesses through a technology-based promotional medium, which in this case is through the role of augmented reality and mobile marketing. Conclusions: Augmented reality provides users with an overview of the merging of the real world and the virtual world. Meanwhile, mobile marketing focuses on what media and content you need to design to promote and become a medium of communication to consumers. Limitations: This research is still in the socialization stage, so it is necessary to have an implementation process from the results of the first stage of socialization. Methodology: This activity is carried out in several stages, namely the first is to provide material on the independent curriculum, the second is the introduction of the stages of implementing the independent curriculum, the third is discussion, and the fourth is trying to implement only one stage of the stages recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Meningkatkan Kecintaan Budaya Lokal melalui Pelatihan Membaca Naskah Kuno Beraksara Pegon di Kampus IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Hidayani, Fika Arfan, Am'mar Abdullah Improve Local Culture Training Manuscripts Purpose: Improving local culture by preserving heritage from the ancestors namely manuscripts and improving skill of reading manuscripts in Pegon script. Methodology: The training was held online and attended by 34 participants, 31 participants from students, and 3 participants from lecturers. The method consists of lectures, questions and answers; demonstrations, and practice, by first identifying the problem to formulate the form of the training to be carried out. Results: The training participants consisted of 5 majors, namely Arabic Language and Literature, Islamic History and Culture, Al-Qur'an Studies and Tafsir, the Islamic Community Development Department, and the Social Sciences Education Department. The participants are from Islamic boarding schools and public schools background and have the ability to speak the Javanese language or not. This is to group the training which consists of elementary and intermediate classes. As a result, the ability to read Pegon's script texts is increased, so that they can independently research Pegon's script directly to explore the contents of manucripts. Conclusion: The training activities went well. It is hoped that after participating in this training, participants will be able to independently learn to read Pegon texts through digital manuscripts on internet pages that provide digital manuscripts for free so that they continue to practice reading and become fluent. Methodology/approach: Community service activities are carried out for women farmer groups in Sungai Langka Village, Pesawaran using several methods, including lectures and discussions; training in the form of practicing Instagram account creation; mentoring; and evaluation. Results/findings: The activities carried out by the service team were able to provide benefits for the participants. This can be seen from the testimonies given by the participants. Method: The tools used in this community service activity included laptops, LCDs, and accounting software. Office Excel, financial forms, and forms. Results: Indicators of the success of this activity can be identified in two stages of evaluation: initial evaluation and evaluation of the results. An initial evaluation was conducted by presenting interim financial reports based on simulation data from January 2022. The aim is to ensure that the forms are filled correctly and that the transactions reported in these forms are properly recorded in the journal. The results were evaluated to determine and ensure that all data entered were presented correctly and in accordance with Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines. Limitations: The lack of knowledge and educational background of administrative staff from non-accounting causes obstacles. Contribution: The results of the activity show that there is an increase in the understanding of employees in the finance departments of schools and Islamic boarding schools. Methodology: This research is a qualitative descriptive study using survey methods and Participatory Rural Appraisal Method (PRA) in which the respondents are home industry bamboo manufacturers in Margotentrem village who are directly involved starting from the process of identifying problems, identifying needs, planning, implementing, to monitoring and evaluating activities. Results: From the realization of this service activity, it is able to provide solutions, be able to introduce products that are characteristic of one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia, and be able to provide value for products produced by the home industry of bamboo craftsmen by utilizing e-commerce through accounts, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and Tokopedia. Tradisi Muludan serta Implikasinya terhadap Kehidupan Sosial dan Keagamaan Perspektif Fenomenologi Edmund Husserl Pujiyanto, Rohmat Muslihudin, Muslihudin mauilid prophet social religious Phenomenology Edmund Husserl Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the muludan sholawatan tradition for 12 nights in the villages of Kaliwuluh, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar and its implications for the development of social and religious life from Edmund Husserl's point of view for the people of Kaliwuluh village. Methodology/approach: This research includes qualitative field research. then using observation and interview methods in obtaining data. Next, to analyze the data using data reduction techniques. the findings of this study indicate that the muludan tradition in Kliwuluh village is carried out by increasing remembrance and prayer for 12 consecutive nights. Judging from Edmund Husserl's phenomenological concept, the 12-night muludan tradition has implications for the social and religious development of the Kaliwuluh village community. Results/findings: Social development has implications for the value of sulaturrahmi and mutual cooperation (phenomenology and phenomenological reduction), the value of togetherness (awareness and Labenswelt), and the value of caring (eiditic and transcendental reduction). Then towards religious development it has implications for the value of mahabbah or love for God, the Prophet and the scholars (intentionality), the value of alms (apoche and eiditic reduction) and the value of tholabul 'ilmi or seeking religious knowledge (labenswelt). The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of trainees in branding positioning by using social media tiktok, financial literacy, and preparing work programs. Methodology: The methods which we use for transferring knowledge are persuasive methods and training. We considered these methods appropriate to overcome the problem that they have. Results: There was an increase in the participants' knowledge, understanding, and skills in branding positioning through tiktok media, financial literacy, and preparing work programs. This increase has had a positive impact on the progress of the Jejama Usaha BUMDES in its business activities. This activity also provides output in the form of links and tiktok content for culinary tourism in the village of bumdes jejama usaha. Conclusions: Training in branding positioning, financial literation, and work program can assist the business entities belonging to the village of Jejama Usaha to minimize the obstacles. Thus, village-owned enterprises can continue to progress and develop even better. Limitations: The implementation of this activity certainly has limitations, namely in terms of facilities and infrastructure. Disturbances in the LCD system certainly gave the team a few obstacles to deliver material in a timely manner. Thus, the disturbance resulted in a delay in the implementation of the next session's activities. The next limitation is that most of the participants present are at an age that is less adaptive to technology, which of course is a challenge for the team to assist in the use of digital technology such as tiktok. The service team formulated several solutions to overcome this with professional graphic design training conducted to improve performance to make it more effective and efficient. Research methodology: The method of implementing this activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of batik craftsmen. It involves the use of Adobe Photoshop and artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly in batik design, allowing creative exploration, idea development, and mockup creation. A competency-based approach encourages the development of practical skills, while a convenient training location at the Horison Bandar Lampung Hotel supports the effectiveness of the training. Results: The discussions that were carried out resulted in the conclusion that the service participants felt very satisfied and happy with the training they received. In fact, there was a request from the participants to continue a similar program on an ongoing basis. Limitation: The discussion may be limited to the context of CV Barata Batik, so readers from other industries may find it less relevant. Beginner Young Entrepreneurs (WMP) is a form of appreciation from the government to young people who are active in the business world, and have shown results and have the potential to develop. This WMP program provides opportunities for young entrepreneurs who have been running a business for at least three months who pass the business plan criteria and selection to receive assistance in the form of capital, education and soft skills training. Methodology: This research is quantitative in nature using a scientific approach to the implementation of risk management for the transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesian nurses working in Kuwait where these nurses work in various health services in Kuwait. This research was conducted using a descriptive analytic method using a cross-sectional study design. Result: The results of the study found that: 1) The application of risk management (risk control or mitigation) in handling COVID-19 in various health services in Kuwait such as the implementation of hospitalization for staff who were confirmed positive and the existence of a COVID-19 vaccination program had a significant effect on the transmission of COVID-19 -19 in Indonesian Nurses working in Kuwait. 2) The level of knowledge about the importance of preventing and transmitting COVID-19 to Indonesian nurses in Kuwait has a very significant influence on the transmission of COVID-19. 3) The level of compliance of Indonesian nurses with infection prevention control measures or health protocols has a significant effect on the transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesian nurses working in various health services in Kuwait. Revitalisasi Kecakapan Literasi Informasi Pustakawan Sekolah Melalui Pelatihan Operator GScholar Advanced Search Andi, Windah Putra, Purwanto Purnamayanti, Arnila Maryani, Eri Information Literacy Information Retrieval School Librarians Gscholar Purpose: School librarians, although proficient in various search engines, often face challenges in effectively accessing and utilizing resources, particularly the members of the Lampung Province Indonesian School Library Staff Association (Asosiasi Tenaga Perpustakaan Sekolah Indonesia/ATPUSI). The core aim of this project is to enhance the efficient and productive use of global technology. Methodology: Google Scholar (GScholar) Advanced Search Operators Technology Training was introduced as a community service activity to boost ATPUSI members’ information literacy skills. This involved active participation in Focus Group Discussions and offering instructional resources on how to use Google Scholar technology effectively. The service was executed in July 2023, incorporating teaching methods, such as lectures, question-response interactions, and specific evaluation methodologies. To gauge the comprehension level, an evaluation was conducted using pre-set questionnaires in both pre-test and post-test formats. Results: The outcome of this service shows an improvement in the perception and efficiency of school librarians regarding the use of advanced search operators for information retrieval. In addition, there seems to be increased awareness and understanding of the significance of precise information in promoting the growth of information literacy skills among beneficiaries. Limitations: The training was tailored for ATPUSI members; therefore, generalizing the results to other school librarians or regions requires caution. Additionally, unmentioned factors such as librarians' technological infrastructure, prior experience with similar tools, and ongoing professional development could have affected the outcomes. Contributions: Community services improved the information literacy skills of ATPUSI members. This outcome is important because it shows the progress in information literacy in education. The training program equips librarians with access to and leverage reliable information sources effectively. Nur Irfan Efficiency and Effectiveness of Public Services Sustainable Development Regional Financing Management Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve the ability of revenue treasurers to manage regional expenditure in Pangkep Regency. Methodology/approach: The research method used in the implementation of this community service activity is the primary approach. This approach allows active cooperation between the service team and the parties involved, such as the revenue treasurer and local government, in designing, implementing, and evaluating the changes needed in local financial management. Results/findings: The outcomes of this service activity clearly showed a significant improvement in the treasurer's ability to manage local finances, as well as the overall local financial management process. Limitation: The research steps, including Initial Assessment, Joint Planning, Action Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Reflection and Improvement, and Dissemination of Results, helped ensure the success of this program. Contribution: This activity provides recommendations that have the potential to maintain and improve the ability of revenue treasurers in the future, with benefits that include increased efficiency and transparency in local financial governance, as well as more optimal contribution to the goal of practical regional autonomy. Peningkatan Kepatuhan Protokol Penanganan Kasus Covid-19 melalui Edukasi Pengetahuan, Pembentukan Sikap, dan Pengawasan di Layanan Medis Darurat X Kuwait Reskadarto, Nanang Ariyani, Nafiah Ramli, Soehatman Compliance knowledge attitudes supervision Covid-19 handling protocols Purpose: This community service aims to enhance compliance with Covid-19 handling protocols among medical staff at the Kuwait Emergency Medical Services (EMS) by improving knowledge, attitudes, and supervision. Methodology: The service was conducted at the Kuwait EMS using a quantitative cross-sectional approach. Data were collected from 104 medical staff members using structured surveys. The analysis was performed using SEM-PLS software to evaluate the relationships between knowledge, attitudes, supervision, and compliance levels. Results: The results of this service indicate a positive and significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and supervision and the level of compliance with Covid-19 protocols among medical staff. Limitations: This service is limited by its cross-sectional design, which restricts its ability to infer causality. Contribution: This service provides valuable insights into how improving knowledge, attitudes, and supervision can enhance compliance with the protocols. The findings offer practical implications for health institutions seeking to strengthen their Covid-19 response strategies and improve overall safety in medical settings while also making a positive contribution to the community. Pengembangan Produk Olahan Hasil Pertanian Tidak Layak Jual Pepaya APeS dan Pisang KeMPeS Febriansyah, Febriansyah Oktavianus, Donny Nasrullah, Abdi Papaya Apes Banana Kempes UMKM Digital Marketing Purpose: This research aims to develop value-added processed products from previously unsellable agricultural produce, namely papaya and bananas, including Papaya-based Abon, Permen (candies), and Selai (jams) or APeS, and Banana-based Keripik (chips), Molen (banana fritters), Permen (candies), and Sale (sugar-coated snacks) or KeMPeS, within the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector of Banana Chips in Penantian Village. The research primarily focuses on the utilization of digital marketing strategies as the key tool for marketing these products. Methodology/approach: The research method employed product development experiments and the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Data collection involved surveys, interviews, observations, and market analysis. The results indicate that the developed papaya-based APeS and banana-based KeMPeS products have successfully enhanced the value of previously unsellable agricultural produce. Furthermore, the implementation of digital marketing strategies has proven effective in increasing the visibility and sales of UMKM Banana Chips' products in the digital marketplace. Results/findings: The results indicate that the developed papaya-based APeS and banana-based KeMPeS products have successfully enhanced the value of previously unsellable agricultural produce. Furthermore. Limitation: This research suggest that UMKM in similar regions can leverage similar strategies to develop processed agricultural products and enhance market access through digital platforms. Pemberdayaan Kelompok Seni di Dusun Nitiprayan Bantul Raharti, Rini Laras, Titi Jatmiko, Bambang Kurniawan, Aditya art groups empowerment classical dance digital marketing Purpose: Service activities aim to help empower art groups through innovation and artistic creation. The target audience for the program is unproductive people, namely the Niti Budaya arts group in Nitiprayan hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village, Kasihan District, and Bantul Regency, which has 40 members. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of innovation and creativity in art groups, especially in dance, and the partners of these art groups are not yet well known to the wider community. Methodology: The partner's solution to the problem is to help the art studio conduct classical dance training in Sari Tunggal and Lambangsari and assist with digital marketing training. Apart from being attended by art groups, the training activities were also attended by local people who had an interest in the arts. Results: The results of the training program showed that the Niti Budaya arts group understood and mastered the classical dances, Sari Tunggal and Lambangsari, which were organized by the service team. The arts group's understanding of digital marketing has been demonstrated by promotional activities via social media and directly in the target market. With these activities, the arts groups increased in terms of understanding and well-being. Contribution: This activity will continue to be conducted to correct deficiencies and evaluate all activities. Corn harvest results with high nutritional content can be processed into typical Paitana dodol Research: This method includes the Activity Preparation Stage, Activity Implementation, Activity Evaluation and Reporting on program implementation. Carried out in the form of socialization, lectures, questions and answers and product manufacturing practices Results: The results of the activity show the support and desire of the community, especially young women, mothers, and housewives who are PKK members in Paitana village enthusiastically participating in this training. There were 25 young women, mothers, and housewives. To understand the importance of processing lokal corn food to produce dodol products with high nutritional and economic value that can be sold on the market. Pelatihan Patient Centered Care pada Mahasiswa Bidan Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Pasien Post SC Sulistianto, Henri Maretta, Megayana Yessy Andhikatias, Yunia Renny PCC students midwives knowledge attitudes Purpose: This Community Service activity aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of midwife students about Patient Centered Care (PCC), which is one of the efforts to improve the wellbeing of Post SC patients. Methodology/approach: This activity was carried out on Wednesday, April 12 2023 with the target of Midwifery students Semester IV and VI, Mega Buana University, Palopo, South Sulawesi. Community service activities are carried out through 3 stages, namely 1) Pretest; 2) Training carried out using lecture and question and answer methods as well as demonstrations via zoom meeting media; 3) Posttest. Data was collected using questionnaire data collection techniques and document study. Results/findings: The majority of students have a good level of knowledge (62%) about PCC with a p value = 0.014 and the majority have a good attitude (71%) about PCC with a p value = 0.021 after training. (2) Developing digital-based marketing for processed nutmeg products. Methodology: The implementation of community empowerment activities is carried out through two activities: training and mentoring, which is complemented by learning-by-doing techniques. Training activities were divided into (1) Survey of Partners' knowledge, (2) delivery of the theory of making crackers, and (3) demonstration and direct practice of making nutmeg leather crackers. Assistance activities include (1) assistance in making logos, brands, and product packaging; (2) assistance in marketing products using marketplaces; and (3) Monitoring and Evaluation. Results: The results obtained from this activity are: (1) increasing the skills of the members of the Cita Mandiri Farmers Group regarding the diversification of processed nutmeg products into nutmeg crackers; and (2) increasing the knowledge of the members of the Cita Mandiri Farmers Group regarding digital marketing strategies. Most teachers are still trying to adapt, and some still have difficulty implementing learning with the Merdeka Curriculum and differentiated learning. The purpose of this service activity was to improve teachers' understanding and skills in implementing differentiated learning. Methodology: This community activity program was conducted through assistance consisting of lectures, discussions, and workshops. The success of the activity can be seen in the assessment of learning tools and the filling out of questionnaires. Results: Based on the results of problem identification, this service activity aims to improve the ability of differentiated learning design and the availability of various sample devices for different chemical materials. The activities included: (1) deepening of chemical literature through lectures and discussions, (2) seminars on analyzing CP, TP, and ATP, (3) seminars on preparing different learning needs, and (4) workshops on preparing learning modules. Limitations: The number of participants in the service program was limited. The participants came from MGMP Kimia Semarang for approximately 30 people. The results may be different for other participants. Efektivitas Aplikasi Tiktok sebagai Pelestari Tradisi Siraman dalam Pernikahan Adat Jawa di AKSARA Wedding Organizer Pratiwi, Refa Widia Preservation of tradition through tik tok social media Javanese traditional spray wedding organizer Purpose: The purpose of this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using TikTok in an effort to preserve the traditional Javanese wedding splash tradition by AKSARA Wedding Organizer . Methodology: This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The in-depth interviews were conducted with the management and staff of Aksara Wedding Organizer, as well as with couples who had used the TikTok application to preserve and disseminate the siraman tradition in their wedding. The observations were conducted during siraman ceremonies that used the TikTok application as a medium for preservation and dissemination. The documentation was collected in the form of TikTok videos of siraman ceremonies, as well as photos and videos from the Aksara Wedding Organizer archive. Results: The results of this study will provide insight into how far TikTok is effective in promoting and preserving the traditional Javanese wedding ceremony tradition and can serve as a guideline for AKSARA Wedding Organizers in using this social media platform for cultural preservation activities in the future. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the TikTok application can effectively preserve the Siraman tradition in Javanese traditional weddings. The participants who engaged with the application showed a significant increase in their knowledge and interest in the Siraman tradition. Aksara Wedding Organizer can use these findings to continue promoting and preserving traditional practices through digital platforms. The objective was to obtain this outcome by concentrating on communication and instructional development. Methodology: The Participatory Action Research (PAR) was chosen as the technique for this community service. Participatory Action Research (PAR) entails the active engagement of community members and relevant stakeholders with the objective of fostering collaborative problem-solving and knowledge acquisition. Results: The community service initiative enhanced the language and communication abilities of teachers. This implies that the training program has been successful in effectively addressing specific areas of teacher competency. Limitations: One obstacle to this training is related to the duration required for implementation. If the implementation time is short, it will produce less than the optimal results in the expected output. Contribution: The community service project implemented a notable enhancement in teacher proficiency in language and communication skills within the context of elementary education. This underscores the imperative for ongoing investment in teacher training to augment the calibration of education. Memajukan Ekonomi melalui Pemanfaatan Biogas dari Kotoran Sapi di Desa Makmur Sejahtera Irfan, Andi Harkaneri , Harkaneri Rimet , Rimet Febria, Dessyka Biogas Economy Cow Feces Purpose: The utilization of cow feces as an alternative energy source, namely biogas, is a substitute for fossil fuels for humans for environmental sustainability. The purpose of this service activity is to form an asset-based community that is driven by community or society. Methodology/approach: The service is located in Makmur Sejahtera Village, Gunung Sahilan District, Kampar Regency. The cattle breeder community in this village consisted of 31 heads of families with more than 150 cattle. The method chosen for this service activity was the ABCD method. Results/findings: The results of this community service show community awareness of the use of cow dung in biogas. The main aim is to improve the community's economy in addition to making an effort to save the environment sustainably. BUMDes Sejahtera Bersama, owned by Makmur Sejahtera, has not been able to manage biogas or become a container because it is feared that it will not be managed well, and that access is far from reactors that are already in production. Conclusion: Failures in reactors are discussed to find practical solutions that can be implemented immediately, namely, by looking for reactor leaks and waiting longer for biogas production. Limitation: This service only involves smaller community groups, and the amount of cow feces is reduced owing to the increasing demand for beef. Contribution: This community service is able to increase public awareness of the use of cow dung in biogas, and in the future, the village government is committed to developing the community to improve the community's economy. Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru IPA dalam Mendesain Pembelajaran Berbasis Kearifan dan Potensi Lokal Sriyati, Siti Liliawati, Winny Yuliani, Galuh Teaching materials local wisdom and local potential lesson study Purpose: Carry out training to improve the ability of science teachers to design teaching materials based on local wisdom and local potential. Methodology/approach: Community Service activities are carried out 3 times (2 online meetings and 1 offline meeting) with a lesson study pattern (planning, doing, seeing). There are around 50 science teachers in online activities from all over Indonesia, while offline activities are carried out for science teachers in Cirebon and surrounding areas. Result: The results of community service activities are 1). Produced several teaching materials based on local wisdom and local potential from various regions where participants come from, 2). Positive responses from science teachers about learning based on local wisdom and local potential, 3). From the open lesson activity, the Observer teacher stated that the learning was carried out very well (100%). 4). From reflection activities, teachers see that students learn enthusiastically and teachers learn about making and implementing learning based on local wisdom and potential. Limitation: The local potential-based learning chosen by the teacher is the biotechnology concept of Cirebon Bakung tape and Kuningan tape. The instruments used are teacher questionnaires and observation sheets. Sosialisasi Menumbuhkan Jiwa Entrepreneur melalui Kreativitas dan Inovasi pada Siswa Vuspitasari, Benedhikta Kikky Hapsari, Veneranda Rini Usman, Usman Silvester, Silvester Entrepreneur Creativity Inovative Purpose: Service to this community is to provide an overview of the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age through creativity and innovation. Methodology: Theoretical and practical approach methods, through lectures, this method used to convey the main theoretical concepts that must be understood and mastered by participants. Apart from that, the demonstration method, apart from lectures, this method can be used to improve training participants' understanding of the form of identifying statements or opening participants' thoughts in understanding how to foster participants' entrepreneurial spirit. Results: The results of the activities showed that all participants were enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in this activity where they show that creativity and innovation are within them so they can easily practice these activities. Conclusions: This activity was able to provide additional knowledge and new insights. It can be said that this activity successfully encouraged students' creativity and innovation in utilizing opportunities in their local environment. The participants were also very enthusiastic in following the activity, especially during the practical sessions. With this activity, students did not get bored of participating in learning activities because it was a combination of theory and direct practice, allowing them to apply it directly at home. Pendampingan Pencegahan Stunting melalui Intervensi Gizi Spesifik di Desa Mekar Sari Kecamatan Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar Ramadhan, Hafiz Forestryana, Dyera Torizellia, Cast Muhtadi, Muhtadi Haryoto, Haryoto Suranto, Suranto Stunting Specific Nutrition Mekar Sari Village Purpose: The aim of this community service is to prevent the occurrence and increase of stunting through assistance with specific nutritional interventions in Mekar Sari Village, Tatah Makmur District, Banjar Regency. Methodology: Prevention assistance was carried out through counseling and providing education and information to pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with toddlers. The implementation of activities was also carried out in stages, including on September 22, 2023, counseling was given and provision of nutritious food and vegetables, continuously on October 4, 2023, was carried out at the same time as Posyandu activities by providing counseling and intake of vitamins and protein (milk and eggs). Results: The results of community service showed that participants knew and understood stunting and the factors that caused it; however, prevention methods that were not implemented led to an increase in the stunting rate in Mekar Sari Village, reaching 11 children from examination data until October 2023. The results of this activity also showed an increase in participants’ understanding. Protein and vitamin intake is one way to prevent stunting. Limitations: This activity was carried out on only 32 target people, including pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with toddlers. Contribution: The counseling and assistance activities for the Mekar Sari Village community need to be carried out consistently because they contribute to increased awareness of health problems, especially stunting prevention, in order to reduce the stunting rate.
