Literature Review: Faktor Risiko yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Miopia

Purpose: This study aims to review various risk factors associated with the occurrence of myopia based on existing literature. The factors contributing to the development of myopia include genetic, environmental, and individual habits.

Limitations: Although this article provides a broad overview of the risk factors associated with the occurrence of myopia, there are several limitations that need to be considered. The studies reviewed in this review come from various geographical contexts and populations, which may limit the generalization of findings to specific groups or locations.

Contribution: This article makes a significant contribution to the understanding of risk factors affecting the occurrence of myopia. By analyzing various existing studies, this article presents a comprehensive picture of the relationship between genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors and the occurrence of myopia.

Analisis Efisiensi Kinerja Jaringan 4g LTE pada Aplikasi Video Conference

Purpose: Video conference is one of the multimedia services that is done in real time and allows for voice, image and data communication. constrained by network connection which causes the ongoing video conference process to be disrupted. These disturbances include unstable internet connection, low bandwidth, joining meeting time out and cannot connect to internet services. The need for fast internet access with the best performance in providing user comfort when conducting video conferences.

Method: The system development methodology that will be used in this research process uses the AR (Action Research) method.

Result: The focus of this study is to measure the performance of the 4G LTE network so that the video conference process can run smoothly using QoS parameters. There are two QoS methods used including Intrinsic QoS obtained based on data measurement parameters consisting of packet loss, throughput, delay and jitter. Perceived QoS is obtained when the service is used using the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) method consisting of MOS E-Model and MPQM. The two protocols that are filtered include the TCP and UDP protocols. This measurement aims to provide an assessment of LTE network performance when conducting video conferences in order to meet the ITU-T and TIPHON standard criteria in providing comfort to users when communicating using an ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Analysis of GEMOHING Organizational Culture in Supporting Business Practices

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of GEMOHING organizational cultural values in supporting cooperative business practices and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors.

Methodology/approach: This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research informants consisted of 10 people, including the cooperative manager and employees, who were selected using purposive sampling method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.

Results: GEMOHING cultural values such as mutual cooperation, efficiency, dignity, objectivity, conscience, integrity, neutrality, and generation have been implemented in daily work activities, particularly in teamwork, member services, and respectful working relationships. In addition, other cultural values such as kinship, open communication, and concern for members were identified, which further strengthened the implementation of organizational culture. However, the diversity of members’ backgrounds and limited time for work evaluation were found to be inhibiting factors in the optimal implementation of the organizational culture.

Conclusions: GEMOHING’s organizational culture plays an important role in supporting cooperative business practices. Although it has been implemented, the level of understanding and internalization of these cultural values is still suboptimal.

Limitations: This study was limited to a single cooperative and used a qualitative approach.

Contributions: This study contributes to the development of organizational culture studies based on local wisdom, particularly in the context of cooperatives.
