Meanwhile, Ridwan Kamil (@ridwankamil), was ranked 1st and 2nd for reply. Ridwan Kamil also got the highest quote interaction. The topic of moving the IKN involved well-known figures accounts such as Hidayat Nur Wahid and Sudjiwo Tedjo. In addition, accounts that are also involved and get high user engagement are accounts belonging to the media, such as Tempo (@tempodotco), Kompas (@kompascom and @kompasTV), Kumparan (@kumparan), and CNN Indonesia (CNN Indonesia).

Conclusions: The study reveals that personal accounts, particularly those of Muhammad Said Didu and Ridwan Kamil, dominate political communication about the National Capital City (IKN) issue on Twitter. Despite having fewer followers than media outlets, these individuals achieved higher engagement through more personal and interactive communication styles. In contrast, media accounts tended to act as one-way information sources, generating less audience interaction. The findings highlight that authenticity and direct engagement are key to influencing public discourse on political issues in the digital era.

Limitations: The limitation of this research is that it does not look at the audience to be able to describe the impact of the communication carried out.

Contribution: This research is useful for the development of communication science, especially in the area of ??media and political communication.
Chory Angela Wijayanti Gatut Priyowidodo Copyright (c) 2025 Chory Angela Wijayanti, Gatut Priyowidodo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-15 2025-12-15 5 2 261 276 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.3264 Winning Strategy of the Elected Village Head in the Tugumulyo Village Election, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5328
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the winning strategies of the elected village head in the 2019 Tugumulyo Village Head Election, focusing on the formulation and application of offensive and defensive strategies along with supporting factors for success.

Methodology/approach: The research took place in Tugumulyo Village, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through observation, open interviews, and documentation. Informants included the elected village head, campaign team, religious leaders, heads of hamlets, and community members. Data were analyzed thematically to identify the main factors influencing the outcome.

Results/findings: The elected candidate, Sugianto, applied offensive strategies such as a clear vision and mission, an organized campaign team, religious facility support, and direct engagement with residents. Defensive strategies included cultural closeness with the majority Javanese community, active participation in social events, and maintaining personal relationships with voters. These efforts produced a victory with sixty point five percent of votes, winning thirty seven out of forty polling stations, with voter turnout reaching eighty three point forty eight percent.

Conclusions: A well balanced mix of offensive and defensive strategies, supported by cultural alignment and strong community ties, can greatly increase the likelihood of winning local elections.

Limitations: The study is limited to one case in a single village, which may affect broader applicability.

Contribution: The study enriches local political strategy literature and offers practical insights for researchers, policymakers, and future candidates in rural elections.
Tarisa Tarisa Doris Febriyanti Amaliatulwalidain Amaliatulwalidain Copyright (c) 2025 Tarisa Tarisa, Doris Febriyanti, Amaliatulwalidain Amaliatulwalidain https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-15 2025-12-15 5 2 245 259 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.5328 Analysis of the Effectiveness of Radar and Drone Technology in Countering Maritime Security Threats: A Literature Review https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/4721
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of radar and drone technology in counteracting maritime security threats in Indonesia. The main focus is directed at the extent to which the two technologies can complement each other, the implementation obstacles faced, and strategic solutions to improve marine surveillance.

Methodology/approach: This study uses secondary data collected from various sources of literature, institutional regulations, and the results of previous studies relevant to law enforcement in Indonesian waters. The data is analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively.

Results/findings: The main challenges of Indonesia's maritime security include the area of the sea that is difficult to reach, weak surveillance, and the development of various forms of threats such as smuggling and border violations. Radars and drones have great potential in detecting and monitoring illegal activities at sea. However, challenges such as limited reach, technical capabilities, human resources, and suboptimal integration between institutions are still the main obstacles. Therefore, it is necessary to modernize equipment, train personnel, and improve coordination between maritime institutions.

Conclusions: The study concludes that integrating radar and drone technologies significantly enhances Indonesia’s maritime security. Radar ensures wide detection coverage, while drones provide real-time monitoring and flexibility. Yet, limited infrastructure and coordination reduce effectiveness. Strengthening technology, training, and interagency collaboration is essential to improve maritime defense efficiency and responsiveness.

Limitations: Lies in an approach that uses only secondary data, without the support of live interviews or field data. For this reason, follow-up studies are recommended to involve primary data from institutions such as the Indonesian Navy and Bakamla.

Contribution: Future research is also expected to explore other supporting technologies, such as surveillance satellites and AI, as well as examine regulatory and policy factors in more depth.
Barry Sugiharto Copyright (c) 2025 Barry Sugiharto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-15 2025-12-15 5 2 231 243 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.4721 Analysis of The Effectiveness of The Slum Management Program By The PRKP Agency https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5379
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the slum area management program implemented by the Housing, Settlement, and Land Agency (PRKP) of South Tangerang City. The research evaluates how the program contributes to improving residential environmental quality and community welfare, focusing on planning, implementation, community participation, and post-program sustainability.

Methodology/approach: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, combining field observations in selected sub-districts, in-depth interviews with PRKP officials and local residents, and document analysis. The study assessed program effectiveness using four key indicators: planning, execution, community involvement, and post-program impact.

Results/findings: The findings indicate that while the program has achieved significant physical improvements in slum areas, gaps remain in social empowerment, long-term sustainability, and active citizen engagement. Key outcomes include enhanced infrastructure and living conditions, though challenges such as weak multi-stakeholder collaboration and limited community ownership persist.

Conclusions: The PRKP program improved infrastructure but lacked sustainability. Greater community involvement and stronger local governance are crucial for lasting results.

Limitations: This study is geographically limited to South Tangerang City and may not fully represent slum management challenges in other regions. The short-term assessment period also restricted the evaluation of long-term program sustainability.

Contribution: The research provides actionable recommendations for strengthening slum area governance, including fostering multi-sector collaboration, increasing local community participation, and integrating economic empowerment initiatives. The findings offer insights for policymakers and urban planners in designing sustainable and inclusive slum-upgrading programs.
Hendri Sumawijaya Muhammad Baharuddin Zubakhrum Tjenreng Copyright (c) 2025 Hendri Sumawijaya, Muhammad Baharuddin Zubakhrum Tjenreng https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-12 2025-12-12 5 2 219 230 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.5379 The Role of Temporary Employees in Strengthening Subdistrict Organizations and Its Implications on Government Performance https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5374
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the strengthening of sub-district organizations through the increase in honorary staff and its impact on government performance in South Tangerang City. Strengthening sub-district organizations is a key aspect of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of local government administration. Honorary staff, as supporting resources at the sub-district level, play a strategic role in enhancing organizational capacity.

Methodology/approach: The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on South Tangerang City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations involving participants from various sub-districts. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to explore the perspectives on the relationship between the increase in honorary staff, the strengthening of sub-district organizations, and government performance.

Results/findings: The findings indicate that an increase in honorary staff significantly contributes to strengthening sub-district organizations, which in turn positively impacts government performance at the sub-district level.

Conclusion: The study concludes that increasing honorary staff strengthens sub-district organizations and improves government performance. However, sustainable outcomes require integrated policies ensuring status certainty, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

Limitations: The study focuses only on sub-district organizations in South Tangerang City, and the results may not be generalizable to other regions with different governance structures.

Contribution: This research provides important policy implications for optimizing human resources at the sub-district level to enhance public services and improve governance.
Mukroni Mukroni Muhammad Baharuddin Zubakhrum Tjenreng Copyright (c) 2025 Mukroni Mukroni, Muhammad Baharuddin Zubakhrum Tjenreng https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-12 2025-12-12 5 2 195 206 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.5374 Youth Attitudes Toward Tourist Village Management in East Flores Archipelago https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/4865
Purpose: This study aims to 1) describe youth attitudes toward tourist village management and 2) analyse the factors influencing these attitudes.

Methodology/approach: This study employs a mixed-methods approach, primarily quantitative with qualitative support. Using purposive sampling, we selected 71 respondents meeting the following criteria: aged 17-45 years, current residency status (non-travelers), employment status (working or unemployed), marital status (unmarried).

Results/findings: The study revealed three key findings: 1) Youth attitudes toward tourism village business management were generally positive, with the affective dimension being most prominent; 2) Five factors significantly influenced these attitudes: individual characteristics, entrepreneurial traits, social learning, environmental support, and motivation. These factors collectively explained 49.4% of the variance in youth attitudes.

Conclusions: Although youth maintain positive beliefs and evaluations regarding tourist village business management, this does not necessarily translate into their intention to engage in more formal contexts. Other determining factors come into consideration, including potential benefits and work flexibility.

Limitations: This study does not account for tourism village infrastructure conditions, which may be significant predictors of youth attitudes toward tourism village business management. The quantitative design may overlook nuanced motivational factors. We recommend that future research employ FGD to examine youth motivations in greater depth qualitatively.

Contribution: The village government can implement a two-pronged strategy to foster youth entrepreneurship: 1) Establish Village Youth Business Groups, 2) Create Experiential Learning Opportunities. This approach combines structural support with social learning, increasing capability and motivation.
Klaudia Molasiarani Saniamosenai Anna Fatchiya Dwi Retno Hapsari Copyright (c) 2025 Klaudia Molasiarani Saniamosenai, Anna Fatchiya, Dwi Retno Hapsari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-12 2025-12-12 5 2 159 179 10.35912/jasispol.v5i2.4865 Change Management in Digital Transformation The South Tangerang City Government Agency https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5394
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of change management in supporting digital transformation within the South Tangerang City Government, particularly in the adoption of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).
