These tests were used to assess whether the office layout has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction.

Results: The study found that office layout significantly affects employee job satisfaction. The significance value was found to be 0.006, which is less than 0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship. The t-value calculated was 2.910, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.692, thus confirming that the Ha hypothesis (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, meaning that office layout does indeed have an impact on job satisfaction, as r-table (0.334) was smaller than the calculated t-value.

Conclusions: The study concludes that office layout plays a significant role in influencing employee job satisfaction. The better the arrangement of office space, the higher the likelihood of improved job satisfaction among employees.

Limitations: The study's limitations include a limited number of respondents, which may have affected the generalizability of the results. Future studies could address these limitations by involving a larger sample and exploring additional variables that were not covered in this study.

Contributions: This research contributes by offering insights into the relationship between office space design and employee job satisfaction, providing solutions for companies seeking to improve work environments and enhance employee satisfaction.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Aria Mulyapradana, Aria Elshifa, Ary Dwi Anjarini, Bunga Lestari, Nafiatul Manahilhakim https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5718 Digital Political Communication Strategy on The Victory Bertaji Couple in Oku Pilkada 2024 2025-10-31T10:01:15+07:00 Sindri Dwi Riyantri sindridryt@gmail.com Khomsahrial Romli khomsahrial@gmail.com Khairullah Khairullah khairullah@radenintan.ac.id
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the stage of political communication strategy of Teddy Meilwansya and Marjito Bachri (BERTAJI) couple in winning the Regional Head election contestation of Ogan Komering Ulu regency, South Sumatra province in 2024.

Methodology: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the method of content analysis (content analysis). The object of the study focused on the official Instagram account of the couple Teddy Meilwansya and Marjito Bachri (BERTAJI) and the contents uploaded during the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Regional Head election campaign period in 2024.

Results: Tajik couples used Instagram to build a positive image, interact directly with young voters, and convey campaign messages in a consistent visual and narrative manner.

Conclusions: The success of the couple Teddy Meilwansya and Marjito Bachri (BERTAJI) in winning the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency regional election in 2024 was due to the adoption of digital political communication strategies, especially through Instagram, which effectively built a positive image and facilitated participatory communication with young voters.

Limitations: This study is limited to the analysis of the political communication strategy of the BERTAJI couple in the 2024 Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Election.

Contributions: This research contributes significantly by showing that success in local political contestation in the digital age depends heavily on adaptive communication strategies that blend conventional and digital approaches, especially the use of social media such as Instagram as the main instrument to build image, convey vision-mission, and interact directly with young voters.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Sindri Dwi Riyantri, Khomsahrial Romli, Khairullah Khairullah https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5428 Gambling-Free Campus: Systematic Literature Review on Prevention and Supervision Strategies 2025-08-25T11:33:09+07:00 Juana Juana juanadaman0@gmail.com Kamaruddin Sellang kamaruddinsellang@gmail.com Hardianti Hardianti hardianti_umsrappang@gmail.com
Purpose: This study aims to analyze strategies for preventing and monitoring online gambling within university settings, providing a comprehensive overview of approaches that can be applied in higher education institutions.

Methodology: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted on 500 scholarly articles retrieved from the Dimensions database. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer to map research trends and identify key strategic approaches.

Results: The analysis reveals three primary strategies: experiential-based education, strict regulatory measures, and technology-based surveillance. Educational strategies enhance digital literacy and awareness campaigns, regulatory strategies restrict access to online gambling platforms, and technology-based approaches employ network monitoring and early detection systems.

Conclusion: The findings suggest that a multi-dimensional approach combining education, regulation, and technological monitoring is essential for creating gambling-free campuses. These strategies are mutually reinforcing and can provide a framework for effective prevention and supervision.

Limitation: This study is limited to articles sourced from the Dimensions database, which may restrict the global generalizability of the findings.

Contribution: This research contributes to public administration and higher education policy by offering a roadmap for developing evidence-based strategies to mitigate online gambling within university environments.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Juana Juana, Kamaruddin Sellang, Hardianti Hardianti https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/6072 Hybrid Digital-Manual Elementary Student Transfer Services: Good Governance Analysis at North Jakarta Education Sub-Department II 2026-01-20T13:06:26+07:00 Hirzan Mahdafikia zanmahdafikia@gmail.com Muhammad Ridhwan zanmahdafikia@gmail.com
Purpose: This study examines how partial digitalization shapes good governance in elementary school student transfer services at the Education Sub Department of Region II, North Jakarta, within a digital–manual hybrid model.

Methodology: This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with education officials and parents, supported by observation and document analysis. Informants were selected using snowball sampling, and data credibility was ensured through the triangulation of sources and methods.

Results: SPBE implementation through the Dapodik system improved data organization and accessibility, but student transfer services still operate under a digital–manual hybrid model. This structure creates inefficiencies, such as long processing times, duplicated work, fragmented accountability, limited traceability, and uneven transparency of information.

Conclusions: This study shows that partial digitalization alone does not ensure effective governance. The persistence of manual procedures within digital systems weakens efficiency, transparency, and accountability, indicating that governance quality depends on the level of integration between technology and organizational processes.

Limitations: This study is limited to elementary school transfer services in a single regional education office and relies on the qualitative perceptions of key informants.

Contributions: Beyond its context, this study contributes to public administration theory by framing student transfer services as digital manual hybrid governance and demonstrating how incomplete digital integration limits good governance while informing SPBE-based service reform in education.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Hirzan Mahdafikia, Muhammad Ridhwan https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/4880 Economy and Environmental Ethics in the Qur’an: A Thematic Interpretation Study on Sustainable Development 2025-06-25T08:42:15+07:00 Desy Arum Sunarta desyarumdas@gmail.com Achmad Abubakar achmad.abubakar@uin-alauddin.ac.id Muhammad Irham muhammad.irham@uin-alauddin.ac.id
Purpose: The study of the synergy of economics and environmental ethics in the Qur'an is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of efforts to find alternative solutions to conventional development models that often ignore environmental aspects and social justice.

Methodology: The research approach method uses a comprehensive literature study that aims to collect and analyze in depth various literature related to the synergy of economics and environmental ethics.

Results: The Qur'an guides humans to manage the earth with full responsibility. Sustainable development in Islam is not only about economic growth, but also moral, social, and ecological preservation. The goal of development according to Islam is not just economic growth, but fair and equitable welfare, and the preservation of Allah's creation. Islam encourages a circular economy and a sustainable lifestyle.

Conclucions: Islamic teachings, as interpreted thematically from the Qur’an, provide a comprehensive ethical framework that supports sustainable development. This framework integrates environmental conservation with equitable economic growth, emphasizing responsible resource management and distributive justice as essential components of a just and sustainable society.

Limitations: This study is limited to textual and conceptual analysis without empirical validation or field-based data. Future research may consider integrating empirical methods to assess practical applications of Qur’anic environmental ethics in modern economic systems.

Contributions: The study contributes to the growing field of Islamic environmental ethics by offering a Qur’anic perspective on sustainability and proposing an alternative development paradigm rooted in Islamic theology.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Desy Arum Sunarta, Achmad Abubakar, Muhammad Irham https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5827 Urgency of Implementing Asymmetrical Local Elections in Indonesia under the 1945 2025-11-29T23:58:55+07:00 Fitriani Fitriani fitriani1998@mail.ugm.ac.id Nawaz Syarif nawazsyarif1998@mail.ugm.ac.id
Purpose: This study aims to analyse the urgency of implementing Asymmetric Regional Head Elections (Asymmetric Pilkada) in Indonesia as a solution to various problems plaguing the current direct e Local Strategylection system.

Methodology/approach: This study uses a normative legal research method. This approach involves analysing primary legal materials, including the 1945 Constitution and related laws and regulations, as well as secondary legal materials such as academic literature and court decisions, particularly from the Constitutional Court.

Results/findings: This study found that the symmetrical direct election system has caused significant problems, including very high costs that burden the regional budget, rampant money politics, intense social conflicts, and a high number of election disputes. The concept of ‘democratically elected’ in Article 18(4) of the 1945 Constitution is an open legal policy, which allows for both direct and indirect election models.

Conclusions: The implementation of Asymmetric Regional Elections is urgent to overcome the shortcomings of the existing system. This model offers a flexible and contextual approach to regional elections, ensuring that the democratic process remains fair, honest, and honest without burdening regions that are not yet ready for direct elections.

Limitations: This study is primarily conceptual and normative in nature. It relies on secondary data and legal analysis, thus lacking empirical validation through field research. The proposed implementation indicators require further operationalization and practical testing in various regional contexts.

Contributions: This article contributes to the study of constitutional law and regional autonomy by offering a better legal framework for Asymmetric Regional Elections as a democratic yet context-sensitive election model, strengthening constitutional interpretation while promoting more efficient, accountable, and sustainable regional governance.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Fitriani Fitriani, Nawaz Syarif https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5666 TikTok Consumption Patterns for Shaping Student Values and Lifestyle at Brawijaya University 2025-10-19T16:45:42+07:00 Bintang Corvi Diphda bintangcorvi058@gmail.com Gertha Maria Gultom gerthagultom13@gmail.com Theofani Trudy bintangcorvi058@gmail.com Talitha Salsabila Putri G bintangcorvi058@gmail.com Puan Najwa Saras Vathi bintangcorvi058@gmail.com
Purpose: This research undertakes an analysis of the digital consumerism associated with the TikTok application among students at Brawijaya University. Its primary goal is to map and categorize the consumption patterns into two dimensions: Passive versus Active use, and Style versus Lifestyle motivation.

Methodology: The study utilized a quantitative survey method to analyze digital consumerism among active students from 17 faculties at Brawijaya University. Data collection involved using a Google Form featuring a Likert scale instrument. The analysis employed a scoring and descriptive approach to interpret the total aggregate scores for the consumption categories.

Results: The primary findings show that although passive consumption exists, the dominant pattern is active, largely defined by curation activities such as saving videos and using the search function for specific interests. Importantly, user motivation is predominantly Lifestyle-driven, meaning TikTok is integrated into personal values and routines, rather than being motivated purely by fleeting social trends or Style.

Conclusions: Based from the findings, it can be concluded that TikTok is a significant and integrated part of their daily lives that reflects deeper personal interests and values rather than temporary trends.

Limitations: The limitation of the study may not be broadly representative as the sample was limited to students from a single institution and relied solely on self-reported data.

Contributions: This study offers a key contribution to Consumer Behavior by providing empirical evidence on the dominant active curation and Lifestyle-driven TikTok patterns among students, which can inform digital literacy efforts and marketing strategy development.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Bintang Corvi Diphda, Gertha Maria Gultom, Theofani Trudy, Talitha Salsabila Putri G, Puan Najwa Saras Vathi https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/6250 Assessing the Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Solidity in Merangin Regency during the 2024 Regional Elections 2026-02-09T11:47:49+07:00 Agus Dewi Susilo Wati agusdewi@gmail.com Dimas Subekti dimassubekti05@unja.ac.id Ian Pasaribu ianpasaribu@gmail.com Sutri Destemi Elsi sutridestemi@gmail.com
Purpose: This study examines the level of internal solidity of the Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) in Merangin Regency in the context of the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Election.

Methods: This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with party elites, local party administrators, legislative members, political observers, and academics, complemented by document analysis of party statutes and bylaws, official party decisions, local media coverage, and electoral data provided by the General Election Commission.

Results: The findings indicate that PAN Merangin demonstrated functional solidity, reflected in cadre loyalty, short-term organizational stability, and the absence of open internal fragmentation. However, this condition cannot yet be categorized as an institutionalized solidity. Decision-making remains highly centralized, formal conflict resolution mechanisms are weak, and cadre regeneration is not systematically institutionalized.

Conclusions: The Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) in Merangin Regency for the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections cannot be categorized as institutionally solid, although cadre loyalty is the cornerstone.

Limitations: This study’s limitation is that it focuses only on the dynamics of PAN Merangin's solidity in the context of the 2024 simultaneous regional head elections, thereby limiting the generalizability of the findings to other parties or regions.

Contributions: This study contributes to political science and local democracy studies by highlighting the gap between functional solidity and institutional strength within local political parties during regional electoral competitions.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Agus Dewi Susilo Wati, Dimas Subekti, Ian Pasaribu, Sutri Destemi Elsi https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/4904 Educational Justice: Inequality in Pagedongan and Pandanarum, Banjarnegara 2025-08-26T07:48:53+07:00 Muhammad Faiz Azmi faiz.azmi990@gmail.com
Purpose: This study analyzes systemic educational inequalities in Pagedongan and Pandanarum Districts, Banjarnegara Regency, using John Rawls’s theory of justice. It focuses on disparities in teacher distribution, infrastructure, funding allocation, and student transitions during the 2017–2024 period.
Methodology: A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers, government officials, and parents, as well as document analysis of BPS data and educational budget reports. The data were analyzed thematically and validated through triangulation.
Results: The findings reveal significant educational disparities, including a 7:1 ratio of primary schools to junior secondary schools, teacher shortages of up to 32% in certain rural areas, and an education budget absorption rate of only 47.5%. Economic barriers, such as transportation costs reaching IDR 500,000 per month, and sociocultural factors, including child labor and early marriage, which account for 65% of dropout cases, further exacerbate educational inequality. These conditions are inconsistent with Rawls’s difference principle, which emphasizes benefits for the least advantaged members of society.
Conclusions: This study advocates affirmative policy measures, including a 50% increase in teacher incentives for service in remote areas, as well as reforms to decentralized educational governance. It offers a justice-based framework for addressing rural educational disparities in Indonesia.
Limitations: The focus on only two districts may limit the generalizability of the findings. Furthermore, the qualitative design may not fully capture the statistical magnitude of educational inequalities. Developments occurring after 2024 were not considered, and Rawls’s theory may not entirely reflect local sociocultural dynamics.
Contributions: This research provides both a philosophical framework and empirical evidence for policymakers. It identifies key drivers of educational inequality and proposes actionable recommendations for structural reform to ensure equitable educational opportunities for rural communities.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Faiz Azmi https://penerbitgoodwood.com/index.php/Jasispol/article/view/5950 Hegemony and Political Inequality: Elite Dominance through Gramsci and Marx 2025-12-15T12:46:35+07:00 Muh.
