Optimalisasi Tata Kelola Koperasi Masyarakat Nelayan Batu Rusa

Purpose: This community service activity aims to optimizing the governance of fishing community cooperatives in Batu Rusa Village, Bangka Regency.

Methodology/approach: Implementation of activities includes observation, socialization, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation which is carried out in a participatory manner by involving cooperative administrators and members.

Results/findings: The results of the activities demonstrated an increase in the institutional capacity of cooperatives through the creation of legal documents in the form of notarial deeds, articles of association (AD/ART), governance guidelines, and a financial record-keeping manual. Furthermore, there was an increased understanding among cooperative administrators and members of the importance of transparency, accountability, and professionalism in managing joint ventures.

Conclusions: This activity contributes to strengthening the economy of coastal communities by optimizing the governance of fishing cooperation in Batu Rusa Village.

Limitations: This activity has limited time and budget, so not all issues within the Batu Rusa Village fishing community cooperative can be resolved. We hope to continue this activity in the future to ensure the sustainability of the Batu Rusa Village fishing community cooperative.

Contributions: Batu Rusa Village fishing community cooperative has good legal standing and governance, as well as transparent and accountable financial management guidelines. Furthermore, this activity has been proven to increase the awareness and skills of cooperative members regarding the importance of legality, governance, and sound financial record-keeping for the cooperative's sustainability.

Purpose: HIV is an infectious disease that remains a significant public health issuet. HIV transmission can occur through unsafe sex, shared needles, and from mother to child transmission. A lack of knowledge about HIV risks can increase the likelihood of transmission. Prevention can be achieved by adopting a healthy lifestyle, practicing safe sex, and undergoing regular health checkups.

Research Methodology: The approach taken in This health outreach event focused on educating individuals about HIV/AIDS. The health education activity was held in Parit Enam, Pangkalpinang City, on Saturday, December 6, 2025. 14.00 WIB indtil afslutning. Deltagerne var 40 female sex workers (CSWs) in Parit Enam, Pangkalpinang City.

Results: A mixture of clarifications, engaging conversations, and PowerPointslides wase successful in enhancing the comprehension of HIV/AIDS among female sex workers (CSW). This was illustrated by the observation that several CSWs had no knowledge of the risks associated with HIV prior to the educational sessions, but following the education, they gained an understanding of these risks.

Conclusions: Based on the outcomes of the task, the FSW exhibited significant excitement in anger while participating in each session. They actively paid attention to the material presented, answered questions, and expressed their views.

Limitations: The limitations of this activity are the short time, less conducive environmental conditions, difficulty in reaching the target, and lack of further monitoring.

Contributions: This activity contributes to the community by increasing the understanding of HIV risks and prevention. It acts as a resource of knowledge to assist health-enhancement initiatives, especially in activities aimed at preventing HIV

Integrasi Literasi Digital dan Karakter Islami Berbasis Artificial Intelligence

Purpose: This study aims to implement "Kuis Pintar SD," a mobile learning application integrated with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), to foster digital literacy and internalize Islamic character values among students at the At-Tanzil Hicom Community Learning Center, Malaysia.

Research Methodology: The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach encompassing four stages: needs analysis, development using React Native and Google Gemini API, implementation through workshops, and formative evaluation. The intervention involved 25 elementary-level students with diverse learning abilities.

Results: The research produced a functional, adaptive application where GenAI acts as an intelligent tutor capable of generating dynamic Islamic Education (PAI) content. Quantitative observation indicated a surge in active participation from 65% in conventional sessions to 92% during AI-assisted activities. Crucially, the AI’s "Intelligent Explanation" feature successfully bridged technical literacy with moral development by providing contextual reasoning (hikmah) for Islamic ethics, shifting learning from rote memorization to value internalization.

Conclusions: Integrating Generative AI into mobile learning serves as an effective medium for delivering adaptive and value-based education in informal migrant community settings.

Limitations: Implementation was constrained by internet instability and limited device availability.

Contributions: This study offers a replicable model for utilizing GenAI to enhance character education within marginalized communities.

Optimalisasi Kesehatan Prakonsepsi melalui Edukasi Praktik Perawatan Prakonsepsi dan Faktor-Faktornya

Purpose: This community service activity aims to provide information to Women of Childbearing Age (WCA) about preconception care practices and the factors that influence them so they can optimise their preconception health.

Methodology: This community service activity was conducted with students from Universitas Kusuma Husada Surakarta in Indonesia and students from the Instituto Ciência da Saúde (ICS) in Timor Leste. The activity was conducted via video conference in the form of a webinar accompanied by a question-and-answer session. Participants were given questionnaires before and after the webinar to measure their knowledge of preconception care practices and the factors that influence them.

Results: The activity's results showed a 100.15% increase in knowledge of preconception care, with a p-value of 0.000.

Conclusions: Community service activities in the form of providing education on preconception care practices and the factors that influence them are known to be effective in improving individuals' knowledge about preconception care.

Limitations: This community service activity was conducted in the form of a webinar, so it was highly dependent on signal stability and there were limitations in the evaluation because it was conducted online.

Contributions: This community service activity can motivate WCA to optimise their preconception health by increasing their knowledge about preconception care practices and the factors that influence them.
