Participants demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of digital marketing and initial skills in identifying and utilizing digital media as a means of product promotion. The enthusiasm and active participation of participants throughout the program demonstrate that this mentoring program is aligned with the needs of MSMEs in facing marketing challenges in the digital era.

Limitations: This activity is limited by the short duration of the mentoring, so the impact is only visible in initial understanding, not in long-term changes in behavior and business performance. The evaluation is still descriptive without standardized instruments. Participants are limited to specific communities, making it unrepresentative. Differences in digital literacy, education, business type, as well as limited internet access, devices, time, and the lack of follow-up monitoring also influence the results.

Contributions: Through this activity, MSMEs gain not only conceptual knowledge but also practical understanding that can be directly applied in their daily business activities. The mentoring provided helps participants increase their confidence in using digital technology, potentially increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses.
2026-02-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sri Suyarti
