Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (JIHHAM) welcomes scholarly articles that examine theoretical and empirical studies in the fields of law and human rights. The journal encourages contributions that address legal development, law enforcement, and human rights issues at both national and international levels. Submissions remain open to interdisciplinary perspectives as long as they fall within the scope of legal and human rights studies.
