About the Journal
Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (JIHHAM) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes articles focusing on legal studies and human rights issues. JIHHAM welcomes the submission of scholarly papers in the form of both empirical and normative legal studies. The journal aims to serve as a medium for lecturers, students, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate their findings, ideas, and insights in addressing various legal and human rights issues, as well as to contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship in Indonesia.
