Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (JIHHAM) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on legal studies and human rights issues. The journal was first published in 2021 with the aim of providing an academic platform for lecturers, students, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate research findings, ideas, and insights related to various legal and human rights issues, contributing to the advancement of legal scholarship in Indonesia.
Since its inception, JIHHAM has been managed as a biannual journal, publishing two issues per year. The journal follows a consistent publication schedule in January and July, ensuring regular dissemination of scholarly work while maintaining high standards in its editorial and peer-review processes.
The journal covers a broad range of topics, including constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, international law, Islamic law, legal disputes, and human rights-related legal issues.
